Job Responsibilities: Support the digital lead in driving the regional digital agenda (social, display, video, programmatic, search) across APAC, helping to translate strategy into clear priorities and actions Assist in the delivery of regional governance across paid media - maintaining standards, frameworks and ways of working across markets Contribute to global digital projects, ensuring APAC requirements are represented and regional workstreams stay on track Monitor market performance across the region, consolidating data and surfacing insights, risks and opportunities to the digital lead Maintain and evolve regional best practice documentation, guidance and test & learn to raise the quality bar across markets Support alignment across markets on digital priorities, acting as a key point of contact for local teams on regional initiatives Collaborates with cross-functional teams globally to support projects and tasks as required. Build strong working relationships with global teams, local market leads and client stakeholders Prepare clear, well-structured presentations and reports for senior internal and client audiences Job Requirements: Great interpersonal and communication skills internally, and with clients 4-5+ years in a digital media role, with some exposure to regional or global team structures Strong working knowledge of paid media across SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic including platform experience in Google, DV360, Meta, TikTok Apt knowledge & understanding of digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO Attention to detail; Integrates data and information from variety of sources and makes well-reasoned reporting Experience supporting governance, process or standardisation projects across multiple markets is a plus Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong analytical skills - able to consolidate and interpret performance data across markets clearly Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in flagging issues before they escalate Collaborative by nature, with the ability to build trust quickly across diverse teams and markets Prior experience in a media agency preferred Should have a ‘Can Do’ attitude, be tenacious and business savvy

    About the Role: This is a key planning role for someone who is ready to take ownership of integrated campaign strategy and execution for a high-profile client in Singapore. You will lead planning from brief to delivery, working across the full funnel and across all channels - digital, TV, out-of-home, social and beyond. You will be the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution - translating global frameworks into sharp, locally-relevant plans, while managing day-to-day relationships with clients, partners and internal teams. This role sits within a collaborative team environment and reports to the Singapore based client lead.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategy & PlanningLead integrated campaign planning across the full funnel - from brand awareness through to performance and conversion - ensuring plans are grounded in data, insight and a strong understanding of the Singapore media landscape.Translate communications strategy into clear, actionable planning briefs for channel specialists.Participate in upstream strategy development, ensuring media thinking is embedded early and local market nuance is always reflected.Bring a point of view on new platforms, formats and innovations - proactively proposing and leading test and learn initiatives.
    Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day client contact across all planning and implementation activity.Build strong relationships with clients, media partners and platform owners, driving conversations around partnerships, product integration and innovation opportunities.Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders - internally and externally.
    Campaign Execution & Operational ExcellenceOwn the end-to-end implementation process - from brief through to delivery, reporting and optimisation.Ensure accuracy of plans, budgets and costs at all times, with a strong focus on financial stewardship.Monitor campaign performance, drawing on audience data, platform metrics and market trends to surface actionable insights and recommendations to drive campaign effectiveness and efficiency.Prepare and deliver regular client reports that go beyond data - telling a clear story and driving decisions.Ensure all campaign activity is accurately mapped to approved client Purchase Orders (POs) prior to activation, maintaining strict alignment between planned spend and approved budgets.Track PO utilisation across campaigns, proactively flagging gaps, over/under-spend risks and securing additional POs or revisions where required.
    Team & Ways of WorkingDelivery of high-performing, insight-led campaigns that meet or exceed client KPIs.Work closely with channel specialists across search, social, programmatic, TV and OOH to drive executional excellence.Champion the use of global planning tools and best practices within the Singapore market.Manage resources effectively to maintain quality output across all workstreams.

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

    Required Skills:5+ years of media planning experience, with a strong mix of online and offline channels.Demonstrable experience planning for FMCG, Luxury or Consumer Electronics brands - you understand the nuances of these categories and the audiences they target.Proven full-funnel campaign expertise - from brand building through to performance and conversion.Strong data and analytics skills - you're comfortable pulling and interpreting audience data, performance metrics and market trends to inform planning and buying decisions, not just reporting on them.Up to date with the evolving platform landscape and new advertising formats, with a track record of driving test and learn activity.Deep knowledge of the Singapore media landscape across digital and traditional channels.Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to simplify complexity and present with confidence to senior clients and stakeholders.Experience managing or mentoring more junior team members.
