This role focuses on platform development, integrations, and solution design, rather than campaign execution, within a financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designsDesign and implement end-to-end campaign management solutions including data sourcing, segmentation, targeting, execution, and reportingBuild and customize Adobe Campaign solutions using APIs, JavaScript (.jss), and data modellingLead integration efforts across systems and platforms ensuring scalability and performanceCollaborate with architects, developers, testing teams, and business stakeholdersManage SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phasesSupport production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvementsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standardsKey Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic / Standard – hybrid environments)Hands-on expertise in API development, integrations, and platform customizationProficiency in JavaScript (.jss scripting), SQL, XML, and data modellingExperience working on marketing automation / campaign management platformsStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile deliveryExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFunctional ExpertiseEnd-to-end campaign lifecycle management (real-time & batch)Segmentation, targeting, offer eligibility, and campaign execution workflowsStrong understanding of financial services domainGood to HaveExperience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Adobe AnalyticsExposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or SAS Marketing AutomationFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, PostmanQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field💡 Note: This is a technical role requiring hands-on development and integration experience in Adobe Campaign—not suitable for campaign operations or marketing execution profiles.
