    Job Summary: The Sales Representative will focus on developing and managing a network of agents to drive sales and market the company’s power equipment condition monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to support both agents and end customers effectively.Key Responsibilities:Identify, recruit, and develop a network of sales distributors in the power and utilities sector.Provide ongoing support to sales distributors, including product training, sales strategies, and technical support to ensure successful sales efforts.Work closely with sales distributors to develop and implement sales plans and monitor progress against targets.Support end customers in collaboration with distributors, assisting in addressing technical inquiries and solving issues related to power equipment condition monitoring.Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver solutions for customers and distributors.Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and support distributors sales efforts.Monitor market trends, feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in channel sales, distributors development, or B2B sales within the power equipment or industrial equipment sectors for >5 years.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively support a network of distributors.Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel to develop and support distributors within the region.

  • Technical Support Engineer (Job based in Singapore / San Jose, USA , has 2 vacancies)
    RESPONSIBILITIES-Provides technical support for domestic and international clients of the company, provides trainings and products demos to customers, as well as provides on-site partial discharge (PD) testing of medium and high voltage equipment in power systems for customers.-Prepares sales and technical documents including product brochures, product manuals, and PPTs for sales and training purposes.-Answers customer questions and prepares projects proposals regarding products and solutions, provides technical guidance for products usage to internal and external customers, be capable of on-site PD testing and online PD Monitoring of power system equipment, as well as provides simple product assembly and debugging.-Coordinates with sales department to prepare and attend global trade shows. -Domestic and International Business Travel is required at an average of 60%.
    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:MUST HAVE:-Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering.-2+ years' professional working experiences with the High Voltage Power System equipment in high voltage substations.-Must be familiar with the medium/high voltage power equipment (GIS, transformers, switchgear, cables, etc.) and their insulation failures.-Self-motivated, able to foster teamwork and promote department collaboration and communication.Exceptional computer skills, clear oral and written communication skills, excellent relationship-building skills, and superior planning, organization and problem-solving skills.-Advanced Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel skills. -Speaks English at an idiomatic level, and multilingual is preferred.
    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:  -Desire 1+ year's professional working experiences with the partial discharge technology.-Electrical Power Monitoring or Partial Discharge instrument backgrounds preferred.BENEFITS:-PMDT will provide in-house and field training.-Salary based on experience.-Career in a stable and growing field.
