  • Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Accounting staff to support our finance team during annual budgeting and year end closing period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of Panduit and gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Data Entry and Bookkeeping:• Accurately input financial data, transactions, and journal entries into the Oracle GL.• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.2. Accounts Payable & Receivables:• Review and process invoices, matching purchase orders, and expense reports.• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and discrepancies. Support in the issuance of manual invoice. Support in the Malaysia e-invoicing3. Inventory & Cost SupportSupport inventory costing adjustmentsExtract data for monthly costing reportsSupport reconciliation of COGS and inventory balances4. CapexAssist to monitor and control capital expenditure Assist to prepare Capex report 5. Financial Reporting:• Assist in generating financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.• Prepare supporting documentation for financial audits and assist auditors as needed. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.6. Assist in Month-end and Year-end Close:• Participate in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures.• Assist in accruals, adjustments, and other necessary activities to finalize financial statements.7. Ad hoc Financial Analysis: • Support the finance team in analysing financial data and trends. • Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budgeting exercise.
    Qualifications: • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Oracle, etc.). • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Prior experience in an accounting role or relevant internships is a plus. Working Conditions: • This is a contract position with a defined start and end date (7 months' contract role). • The role may require extended periods of computer usage and data entry.

  • Territory Account Manager  

    - Singapore

    The TAM duties will include devising named Key Accounts sales plans, managing relationships with targeted key accounts clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. On top of that, Enterprise Building + Data Centre Solutions knowledge and Solutions Proposal build up capability on Network Connectivity Solutions will be a plus point for this TAM position.To ensure success as a territory account manager, he/she should be adaptive at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the named key account clients, for long term sales success in the company.
    Responsibilities:Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term incremental sales growth within a set of named focus end user accounts.Developing and executing evidence-based sales plans to meet the pre-set annual sales target.Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with top named key account clients.Traveling to businesses to conduct sales presentations, understand customer current practices, and propose solutions improvement proposal with the available product solutions from the company.Resolving clients' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.Maintaining detailed records on key accounts.Presenting in-depth reports to the director of sales and other stakeholders, as required.Conducting regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of consumers' needs and competitors' activities.

    Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields is recommended.Strong experience in managing end user accounts in FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government segment.Experience in structured cabling system, enterprise network connectivity and Data Center solution is an advantage.Strong consultative selling and solution proposal specs-in based on customer requirement skillset.Demonstrable “hunter” sales experience.A proven history of meeting sales target.Proficiency in customer relationship management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.Ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.A self-driven approach to work.
