    Role Overview:As the Global FCC Systems & Controls Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of our financial crime technology stack.     Why does this role exist?Pricing is a core driver of win rate and market share in ramps and crypto payments. Inside wallets and partner environments, multiple providers compete side by side and pricing decisions directly influence transaction flow.
    This role exists to build and operate a dynamic pricing capability for Banxa and OSL Pay. The focus is not static pricing tables or high-level strategy alone. The focus is designing and running pricing systems that respond to real market conditions.
    You will own pricing logic and models across assets, payment methods, regions, and partner environments. You will work closely with engineering and BI teams to turn pricing ideas into automated systems that monitor competitors, test hypotheses, and improve performance over time.
    This role is ideal for someone who has worked on dynamic or surge-style pricing in marketplace environments and understands how algorithmic pricing decisions are designed, tested, and operationalized.
