    QualificationsExperience: 5–10+ years of compliance experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to digital assets, crypto, or fintech environments.People Management: Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team, with the ability to lead, develop, and scale junior compliance professionals.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/CFT requirements, securities regulations, and licensing regimes. Crypto Exposure: Familiarity with digital asset products (spot, derivatives, custody, staking) and associated regulatory considerations, or payments/fintech areas. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with front office, risk, legal, and senior management in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills: Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience engaging regulators or auditors preferred.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA) are a plus.Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape with ambiguity and change.
