Responsibilities:Conduct administrative and operational tasks at the centreWork towards attaining student sign-up targets and maximise monthly retentionLiaise with customers and respond promptly to queriesResolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional mannerAssist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditingAssist with performance reviews and student promotionsUpdate HQ promptly about student enrolment, trial lessons, and student withdrawalHandle petty cash at centreSafeguarding student welfare and safetyEnsure the centre is well-maintained with a high standard of cleanlinessEnsure all classrooms are well stocked with required materials and stationeryAssist with any other ad hoc projects
Experience and Qualifications:Diploma-level qualification or higherMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Education, Retail, Airlines, or any other customer-centric industriesGood command of English – both spoken and writtenKind and nurturing when interacting with childrenProfessional and courteous when communicating with parents/guardiansExcellent organisation skillsProficient with MS Office and ExcelWilling to work both weekends and three weekdaysExperienced candidates will be considered for the Centre Manager position.
