This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of a next-generation payments business at a critical inflection point. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Channel Partnerships Manager to support our APAC expansion. As part of the commercial team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partner relationships across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with solid commercial acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and manage strategic payment and channel partners, including processors, wallets, acquirers, and banks.Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, settlement terms, and partnership structures.Develop and execute partner expansion strategies across target markets and payment corridors.Evaluate partner capabilities, risk appetite, and product offerings to support business needs.Coordinate cross-functional teams (BD, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to implement and launch partnership integrations.Monitor partner performance and drive continuous optimization of routing, cost efficiency, and service quality.Provide market insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
Qualifications1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, payments, fintech, or related industries preferred.Strong interest in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with willingness to learn partner engagement and negotiation.Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
