Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:Draft, edit and proofread all marketing and communication collateralsSupport marketing department in executing marketing plans and promotionsEnsure collaterals are rolled out on time by staying on top of the marketing calendar, production schedule, oversee the design and delivery of marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns and eventsOversee and facilitate production of the club magazine - LongitudeDevelop, champion and manage social media marketing for the businessTrack and monitor all digital media, the success of online initiatives and report performanceManage all web content, web listings and email blastConduct club audits to ensure adhesion to marketing and communications branding and copy guidelinesCompilation of all feedback from online and offline channelsAdmin duties of Marketing Department – filing, billing, processing of invoice, requisition of stationeryAssist in marcom projects & events when assignedAssist in filming requestsSourcing and procuring of club merchandiseAll duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:Minimum diploma in marketing or related fieldsAt least 2 - 3 years’ of experience in a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSocial media, interactive and web skillsKnowledge of web platforms such as wordpressKnowledge of online technology – blog, social networks, virtual world, wiki, mobile and other emerging trends – including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedInFamiliar with the social media landscape, networks and toolsetsShould possess strong analytical and interpersonal qualitiesAble to multi-task and work within tight deadlines, with good organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPhotography, videography and editing skills is a bonus
