  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesExecute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation accounting tasks in accordance with IFRS.Support the consolidated accounting process and drive implementation across ONE’s global subsidiaries and affiliates.Provide accounting support and consultation to internal stakeholders, including involvement in new projects such as financial due diligence for M&A activities.Guide and support the rollout of accounting rules, standards, and processes for regional headquarters (RHQs) and country offices.Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
    Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fieldsCPA or similar professional accounting qualification is preferred.Experience in consolidated accounting (global exposure is an advantage).Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems. SAP experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of IFRS and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).In-depth understanding of valuation, financial due diligence, and accounting treatments (e.g., PPA) related to M&A.Experience preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS.Prior working experience in handling M&A projects.Strong leadership capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
