    The EHS Trainer is responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering effective Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) training programmes to ensure all worksite personnel are competent, compliant, and aligned with statutory and client-specific safety requirements. The role focuses on competency verification, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement in safety performance.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive EHS Training Matrix for all worksite personnel, ensuring alignment with regulatory, company, and client requirements.Plan, implement, and conduct EHS training programmes, including both classroom and practical sessions.Evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess the competency of workers through observations, assessments, and written tests.Conduct Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments for critical and high-risk trades, including lifting operations.Implement training programmes tailored to client-specific EHS requirements, ensuring workers fully understand site safety procedures and standards.Administer and review written assessments and practical evaluations to measure learning outcomes and identify training gaps.Maintain accurate training records, VOC documentation, and competency assessment reports.Work closely with project teams, safety personnel, and management to support continuous improvement in workplace safety and compliance.

  • BIM Coordinator  

    - Singapore

    The BIM Co-ordinator is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
    Planning & ProgrammingEnsure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance to schedule.QualityEnsure 3D Models created capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.Co-ordinate process of 3D Models development and ensure Models are delivered within sufficient time frame for co-ordination of MEP and other trade works.To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during process of 3D Model development.SafetyResponsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at Design Section and Design subcontractors with IMS safe work methods.Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
    Minimum Qualifications:Degree or Diploma holder.Excellent BIM operating skill.At least 5 years of design co-ordination experience with Architectural and structural trades in the building construction industry.Able to work independently with experiencefor at least two large scale construction projects.

  • Human ResourceManage end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, drafting salary proposals, and preparing appointment letters.Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents, work-pass applications/renewals, orientation for new hires, and managing exit clearance for departing staff.Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files, staff data (joining/leaving, leave entitlements, benefits, work-pass status), attendance, timesheets, overtime and leave records.Oversee payroll-related matters, including CPF submissions, IR8A, government-paid leave schemes, foreign worker levy waivers, and staff medical/insurance where applicable.Coordinate staff training and development programmes.Address employee queries related to medical benefits, leave entitlements, company group insurance, and other HR-related concerns.Attend to auditor queries and provide supporting documentation for company audits.
    Secretarial/ Administrative DutiesSupport administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and clerical support across departments.Assist with the team’s claims and/or reimbursements.Post updates and news related to company projects on the intranet.Provide support in procurement and documentation.Provide secretarial support to the CEO, including arranging business itineraries, travel visas, accommodation and making appointments/ room bookings.Coordinate, collate and compile information for use of analysis and management reporting, presentations.Prepare meeting documents for review to ensure that the CEO is well prepared for the meeting, spreadsheets, databases etc. Handle other adhoc matters as required.
