  • Senior Engineer, Security & Reliability  

    - Singapore

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer, Security & Reliability to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in infrastructure engineering and security operations, who are passionate about building resilient systems and embedding security best practices. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our on-premise, cloud-native, and Kubernetes-based environments remain secure, observable, and highly available.
    You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen resilience, and reduce risk across our platforms.
    How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:Support the security, reliability, and operational health of infrastructure platforms and services.Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities.Investigate incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and support timely resolution.Implement and maintain security controls, vulnerability management, and system hardening practices.Support cloud and Kubernetes environments from configuration, maintenance, and security improvements.Automate routine operational tasks and improve platform efficiency.Work with internal teams to strengthen service resilience, reduce risk, and improve operational readiness.

  • Senior HR Executive/ Assistant HR Manager

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our growing HR team at MyRepublic Broadband. This is a critical role that blends hands-on HR operations with strategic partnership, offering the opportunity to influence how our people experience the workplace every day. You will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence across payroll, compliance, and HR systems, while also collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver initiatives that shape our organizational culture and future workforce.
    Beyond ensuring smooth HR processes, you will play a key role in designing and implementing employee engagement programs, refining compensation frameworks, and strengthening HR policies to support a high-performing, inclusive environment.     How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
    HRBP Support & HR Projects:Partner with the HRBP to deliver HR initiatives including policy reviews, process improvements, and organizational updates.Support the implementation and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive schemes, and allowance policies.Prepare HR data analysis and reports to support decision-making and business insights (e.g., headcount trends, attrition, workforce metrics).
    Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement programs and welfare activities to foster collaboration, morale, and a positive workplace culture.Drive internal communications and initiatives that promote alignment, collaboration, and a positive work environment that align employees with organizational goals.
    Payroll Administration;Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, including computation of salary, claims, benefits, and deductions.Maintain employee payroll records in compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., CPF, IRAS).Prepare and file annual income reporting (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B).Handle audits and reporting related to payroll.Provide advice to employees in relation to benefits, incentives and resolving any payroll enquiries timely.
    HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.Prepare HR documents such as letters, reports, and support the bi-annual compensation review cycle.Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal HR policies.Support HR reporting and analytics (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave trends).Strong understanding to oversee work pass matters to ensure compliance with current MOM regulations.Manage medical benefits administration, including insurance queries, policy maintenance, and vendor renewals.
    Reception & Office Administration:Supervise the HR & Admin Executive and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.Provide reception coverage when required to maintain seamless business operations.

  • Head of Customer Experience  

    - Singapore

    Role Overview:
    We’re hiring a builder. MyRepublic Singapore is looking for a founder-operator to recreate our Customer Experience function. This isn’t a traditional CX leadership role — it’s a role for someone who has founded, cofounded, or shipped a product from 0 to 1, and now wants to bring that builder mentality to a category-defining customer experience. You’ll partner closely with our in-house IT team to architect, build, and ship the systems and digital touchpoints that define every moment of the MyRepublic journey. You’ll set the vision, write the specs, prototype with engineers, sit in sprint reviews, and own the outcome end-to-end. You’ll move fast, make calls without complete information, and turn raw customer signal into shipped features that measurably improve NPS, reduce friction, and differentiate MyRepublic in a crowded consumer market.
