You will have strong communication skills to implement relevant drawings and design packages for projects including large scale hotels, mixed use buildings and high end residential spaces.
Studio:Currently working on key markets within the AsiaHighly technical team with strong design leadershipFostering collaborative and a practical approach to workflow
Requirements:University Degree/Diploma in Interiors, Architecture or other related industriesMinimum 4-5+ Years working experienceExposure to hospitality interiors projects highly sought forAble to demonstrate experience from Concept to Construction Documentation

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership: Drive design excellence across large-scale, complex projects, setting the creative vision and ensuring rigorous execution.Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for key client and stakeholder relationships, building long-term trust and acting as a strategic advisor.Studio Growth: Contribute directly to business development efforts—identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and strengthening the firm’s presence across Asia-Pacific.Team Development: Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and collaboration.
