    Role OverviewAs a Product Intern (QA & Product Operations), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and readiness of Moonshot’s hardware and software products, while supporting broader product development and launch initiatives.
    Your core responsibility will be testing the Moonshot controller, firmware, and mobile app to ensure they meet product specifications and deliver a seamless user experience. Beyond QA, you will also support product operations, feature validation, and user experience improvements across the Moonshot ecosystem.
    This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about how products are built, and excited to work at the intersection of gaming hardware, mobile apps, and Web3 ecosystems.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProduct testing and quality assurance:Participate in testing cycles for development, staging, and production releasesTest hardware, firmware and app against product specifications and QA checklistsLog and document bugs clearly using the company’s issue tracking systemCollaborate with product and engineering teams to verify bug fixesDesign and execute structured test cases alongside the product teamConduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues or edge casesProduct operations and release support:Support product release cycles by validating new features before launchAssist in maintaining QA documentation, test cases, and product specificationsHelp track feature rollouts, changes, and version updates across dev/staging/productionSupport coordination between product, engineering, and marketing teams during releasesProduct development support:Assist the product team in defining and refining feature requirementsSupport research on competitor products, gaming trends, and user behaviourHelp with documentation of product features, flows, and internal guidesParticipate in brainstorming sessions for new features and improvements

    Role OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager (Full-Stack) to lead the development of Moonshot’s cross-platform ecosystem - spanning iOS, Android, and web applications, with deep integration into our gaming controller hardware and rewards infrastructure.
    You will be responsible for driving product development end-to-end, from architecture planning to feature execution, working closely with engineering, design, and hardware teams.
    This role is ideal for someone who can bridge product and engineering, is comfortable discussing system design, and thrives in building complex, integrated products across mobile, web, and hardware.
