    Role OverviewThe Product Manager,Payments will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of MetaComp’s payments capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of payment flows, regulatory constraints, and technical systems, combined with hands-on execution.You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Sales, and external partners to deliver payment products that are reliable, scalable, and compliant across markets.

    Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Execution1. Own the end-to-end cross-border payments roadmap, covering collections, payouts, FX, settlement, and reconciliation.2.     Partner & Stakeholder Leadership1. Act as the primary product owner for external payment partners.2. Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Ops, and Finance to deliver end-to-end solutions.3. Clearly communicate complex payment concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    About the Role
    The Relationship Manager – Sales is responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth across MetaComp’s corporate and institutional client base. This is a quota-carrying, front-line sales role, focused on originating, closing, and expanding client relationships. The RM acts as the commercial owner of the client relationship, from prospecting and deal structuring through onboarding and ongoing revenue expansion, working closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
    Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (Primary Focus)Prospect, source, and close new corporate and institutional clients across payments, FX, and value-added services.Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

    Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, providing personalized service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the firm.
