Manufacturing Manager

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our growing team in Singapore, supporting the delivery of high‑quality manufacturing operations across global sites.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) to ensure processes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and products are delivered to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doingSupport and oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations with CMO partnersTroubleshoot process issues alongside engineers and cross‑functional teamsEnsure compliance with GMP, quality, and regulatory requirementsSupport deviations, investigations (OOS), and change control activitiesContribute to technology transfer and process improvementsPartner with internal stakeholders across Quality, Supply Chain, and EngineeringMonitor timelines, track progress, and escalate risks where needed
What we’re looking forDegree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field7+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech manufacturingStrong understanding of GMP and regulated environmentsExperience working with CMOs or external manufacturing partnersSolid problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team
Additional requirementIncumbent is expected to attend CMO site out of hours approximately once per week on average, depending on operational needs
