  • Join Mercedes‑Benz Mobility’s Operations team and contribute directly to the management of our insurance portfolio and fleet operations in Singapore. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional for a 1‑year agency contract, working alongside Mercedes‑Benz Fleet Management (MBFM) Singapore and partnering with internal teams, brokers, insurers, and workshop stakeholders.
    In this role, you will support the full spectrum of insurance activities—from coordinating with brokers and insurers to monitoring key KPIs and contributing to the development of insurance‑related products—while also playing an important part in ensuring smooth fleet operations, repair and maintenance coordination, remarketing support, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
    1. InsurancePoint of contract internally with HQ and MBSG as well as externally with broker(s) and insurer(s) for all insurance mattersMaintain relationship with broker(s) and insurer(s)Annual planning of Mercedes-Benz Motor Insurance business and other insurance related product e.g. LoUExplore and develop new insurance productsWork with broker(s), insurer(s) and MBSG to optimize EBIT from insurance product as well as other insurance KPIsManage annual insurance premium renewal of MBFM fleet including working with broker to optimize price/value for insurance coverageMonitor/track Loss ratio of MBFM fleet insurance and implement measures to keep Loss ratio on trackMonitor and track insurance-related revenue and payment
    2. Repair and Maintenance of MBFM FleetManage panel workshops to minimize vehicle downtime at workshop, balancing vehicle quality, workshop expenses, customer satisfaction and replace car utilisationCreate transparency of all repair and maintenance status of MBFM fleet vehicles statusCommunicate with panel workshops and customers to manage expectations e.g. diagnosis, estimated time in workshop, timely updates of key eventsSupport Manager in managing workshop repair costs
    3. RemarketingSupport Manager in the process of remarketing of ex-fleet vehiclesImplement measures to optimize remarketing value ex-fleet vehiclesDevelop intelligence for estimation of market value of ex-fleet in order to support early retention initiatives as well as other activities/decision that requires knowledge of market values
    4. Customer SatisfactionDevelop ways to measure and track satisfaction level of lease customer especially with regards to operations/support post contract activation to end of contractPropose and implement measures to optimize customer satisfaction
    5. ReportingWork with FC to develop reporting dashboards for operational KPIs of fleet operations
    6. Other Fleet Operations tasksSupport fleet operations team whenever needed including but not limited to contract activation, fine management, VEP, accident management, customer enquiry, end-of-contract process, MBSG company car management
    QualificationsRelevant Diploma or tertiary education.3-5 years of relevant working experiences.Automotive experience especially relating to vehicle new and resale market, after sales and leasingPossess Class 3 driving licenseWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointWillingness to learn and capability to learn fastAbility to work independently without much supervisionGood analytical and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Platform Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, management, and operation of our enterprise data platform built on Azure and Databricks. This is a 1-year contract (renewable), offered through an agency, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data ecosystem. You will be fully integrated into data operations and work closely with cross-functional teams — including data source system owners, application teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver robust, scalable, secure, and business-aligned data platform.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for the architecture, development, and operation of the company’s data platform based on Azure Databricks and the Azure data ecosystem.Lead the end-to-end design of data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, ELT/ETL processes, and Lakehouse data models (Bronze/Silver/Gold).Partner with data source system teams to design efficient, reliable, and secure data integrations.Oversee the implementation of data governance, access control, and metadata management using Unity Catalog.Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency, including cluster management, workflow automation, and FinOps best practices.Drive the establishment and enforcement of coding standards, data engineering best practices, CI/CD workflows, and platform-level operational guidelines.Guide the team in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvements of data platform reliability.Mentor data engineers and analysts, enabling them to adopt best practices in Databricks, Delta Lake, and distributed data processing.Collaborate with business units to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions.Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.
    Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or related technical roles.Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and Unity Catalog.Solid understanding of Azure services such as Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Key Vault, Event Hub, Synapse, or Azure Functions.Experience in building scalable data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and workflow orchestration.Strong understanding of data modelling, Lakehouse design, and distributed computing.Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
