    The Role
    As the Business Development Director, you will lead the commercial growth strategy across Southeast Asia (SEA). You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
    You will own the end-to-end new business development function from identifying and converting prospects to developing compelling pitches and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This is a senior, externally facing sales leadership role that requires a commercially sharp, relationship driven individual with deep fluency in the media, digital, performance, and / or creator industries across SEA.
    What you’ll be doing:
    Lead Generation & Pipeline ManagementIdentify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across key SEA markets Build and manage a diversified sales pipeline spanning brands, e-commerce, D2C, platform partners, and agency holding groups.Drive strategic outbound prospecting from researching leads and crafting targeted outreach to securing pitch meetings with senior brand and marketing decision-makers.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and shifting client needs to inform Meetsocial's go-to-market strategies and commercial offerings.Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting cadence, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive management of deal velocity.Commercial Planning & Topline GrowthOwn and deliver quarterly and annual new business revenue targets, taking full accountability from origination through to signed contract.Report regularly on pipeline health, deal stage progression, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecast while adjusting strategy and resource prioritisation in response.Drive topline growth across Meetsocial's full performance and content suite including paid social, performance media, influencer marketing, branded content, and social commerce.Develop commercially sound deal structures in partnership with finance team while ensuring all new business is margin-accretive and scalable.
    Pitching & Proposal DevelopmentPrepare and present compelling, insight-led media solutions, proposals, and pitch decks tailored precisely to each client's business objectives, audience, and KPIs.Enable seamless cross-functional collaboration across media planning, performance optimisation, account management, creative strategy, and integrated marketing communications teams to produce best-in-class pitch responses.Lead pitch presentations by demonstrating deep market understanding, cultural fluency, and mastery of Meetsocial's differentiated positioning.Establish a disciplined post-pitch feedback loop to continuously refine Meetsocial's proposition, pricing architecture, and pitch craft.Ensure every proposal is commercially sound, aligned to margin targets, and reflective of Meetsocial's performance guarantees.
    Profile Building & Agency VisibilityEstablish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders across brands, media agencies, platform partners (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, Google), and technology ecosystems.Represent Meetsocial at industry events, trade conferences and networking forums and actively building the agency's reputation as SEA's leading culture powered growth partner.Collaborate on the development of thought leadership content, case studies, award entries, and client success stories that amplify Meetsocial's credibility and market positioning.Lead and support B2B marketing initiatives including client workshops, co-marketing activations, and executive roundtables that deepen client relationships and generate pipeline.
    What we’re looking forMore than 8 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or senior sales leadership towards media, digital or performance marketing industries.Proven track record of independently closing significant new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a competitive agency or media environment.Experience in building and managing a new business pipeline from zero including outbound prospecting, pitch development, and contract negotiation.Prior experience working with or selling into enterprise brands, regional holding group agencies, and D2C/e-commerce businesses across Southeast Asia.Deep understanding of the performance marketing and paid social landscape, including platform dynamics across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, and XiaoHongShu.Understanding of full-funnel marketing frameworks and how performance media, content, and culture intersect to drive business results.Awareness of the cultural nuances, digital behaviours, and consumer trends that shape brand growth across key SEA markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex, multi-market deals that are both client-compelling and margin-sound.Confident, persuasive negotiator with a collaborative approach and a bias for closing.Cross-functional orchestrator skilled at aligning diverse internal teams around a shared client vision and deadline.Highly analytical, data-informed approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic prioritization.Proactive, resilient, and energized by the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

    We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who can take ownership of social media content from concept to completion. You have a sharp eye for what performs across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu, the technical skills to shoot both lo-fi and cinematic footage, and the editing chops to shape raw material into polished, high-performing content quickly, without compromising on quality or storytelling.

    The Role
    We’re looking for an Account Manager who can operate as both a client lead and a growth driver. This is not a coordination role. You will take ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and strategic direction while actively contributing to business growth across both existing accounts and new pitches. You will be expected to think beyond execution, anticipate client needs, and connect media strategy to real business outcomes, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven campaigns. This role suits someone who is confident in managing stakeholders, comfortable presenting ideas, and motivated by impact in a high-accountability environment.
