Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).Create and edit emails using HTML/CSS. Use SQL queries within SFMC (Automation Studio) to extract, filter, and segment customer data.Schedule and execute email and text messaging (SMS/Whatsapp etc.) sends with proper targeting and personalization.Perform QA testing on emails (links, personalization fields, responsiveness).Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and generate reports.Support A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts.This role would require someone who can support Singapore time zone and work very closely with Philippines teamImmediate joiners are preferred and is for a 3 month freelance role (with possibility for extension).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experienceKnowledge of SQL (SELECT statements, JOINs, WHERE clauses).Understanding of digital marketing or email marketing concepts is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
