What You’ll Be DoingAs a Recruitment Consultant in our IT Contingent team, you’ll manage both delivery and account responsibility:Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, supporting ongoing IT contract and contingent hiring needsAct as the day-to-day point of contact for clients — managing requirements, expectations, timelines, and delivery prioritiesPartner with clients to understand project demand, role scope, rate parameters, and workforce constraintsDeliver end-to-end recruitment for IT contractors, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboardingBuild and maintain active contractor pipelines aligned to client and programme needsUse market insights, hiring data, and delivery metrics to advise clients and improve hiring outcomesCollaborate with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and service continuity
This is a hands-on, delivery-led account role — focused on execution, responsiveness, and quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years’ experience IT contracting, contingent recruitment, or project-based hiring with a strong ability to understand IT / Technology job descriptionsAbility to comfortably manage client accounts alongside active deliveryConfident working with multiple stakeholders across hiring managers and internal support teamsCommercially aware — understands contractor rates, availability, and delivery trade-offsOrganised, resilient, and effective in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsComfortable using CRMs, ATS tools, and data to prioritise work and manage pipelines
