    What to expect
    As our Brand Marketing intern, you will be working on some of Mandom’s well-loved brands such as Heroine Make, 1028 Cosmetics, Saborino and Kansosan.
    Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the daily operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

     What you will be doing
    Campaigns & PR
    Curate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) lists for PR seedings and manage logistical arrangementsLiaise with KOLs and create KOL briefs for paid engagements/sponsored postsAssist with below the line activities such as beauty workshops, events, in-store activations
    Social Media Management
    Lead the ideation and plan for social media contentManage and create content monthly for brands’ social media accountsWork with agencies/freelance photographers to create high quality contentMonitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas Assist in developing and designing digital marketing materials (i.e. EDM, Website)
    Product Launch Preparation Submit new products for registration with Health Sciences Authority (HSA)Manage process for creation of new product labelsPrepare listing documents and assets for Ecommerce Trade Marketing
    Conceptualize and create the brief for visually impactful designs for in-store displays Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out in-store displays Provide operational support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility
    Others
    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand consumer trends and the retail landscape Prepare monthly competitor and trend reportsSupport the team in daily operational tasksAssist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
    Who we are looking for
    Able to work on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 4 days per week) from June to December 2026Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to communications or marketingPossess a strong passion in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry especially for the Cosmetics segment (Makeup & Skincare)Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and the local content creator sceneKnowledge and experience in basic video/graphic creation software, such as Canva and Capcut. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plusPossess strong problem-solving skills, ownership and a good learning attitudeHas an eye for details and aestheticsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasksA motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently

    What you will be doing

    Social Media & Digital Marketing Management
    Manage brands’ social media platforms and monthly content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Lemon8) Assist in liaising and developing digital marketing materials (Website Blog Posts, EDMs, Social Media Ads etc.) with creative agencies Analyse digital marketing trends to improve brands’ performance in digital communications

    Trade Marketing Conceptualize and liaise with creative agency to develop visually impactful designs for in store displays and events Provide support for trade marketing needed to enhance store visibility and exposureLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projectsMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to understand more about the haircare landscapes

    Campaign Management Assist in marketing campaigns in areas such as developing campaign communications, PR management etc Support in PR/consumer/store events during campaign period(s) to drive engagement and foster strong connections with core fans and consumers
    Operational Support Coordinate product seeding based on campaign requirementsSupport the marketing teams in daily administrative tasksPrepare monthly competitor analysis presentations and reports Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned

    Who we are looking for
    Able to work on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 4 days per week) from June to December 2026Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to communications or marketingPossess a strong passion in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industryPossess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skillsHas prior experience or enjoys producing short-form video content for IG Reels and/or TiktokHas an eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to quickly pick up on emerging trends to leverage for content creationStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasksA motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and can work independently Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Lemon8) is a plusKnowledge and experience in graphics and video creation software, such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus

    What to expect
    As the Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Key Account Manager in the Sales team, you will be responsible for managing Mandom’s retail channels and driving the growth of key accounts.
    In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating sales revenue by building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key business partners. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies.

    You will be in charge of
    Accounts Management, Sales & Commercial Planning Develop, plan and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve sales targetsAnalyse and review sales results to evaluate ROI & promotion effectiveness, margin calculation, and execution of sales activitiesPresent sales proposal to buyersEvaluate sales channel performances against sales target Recommend actions to improve revenue, distribution, and visibilityIdentify new business opportunities and conceptualise appropriate sales strategy

    OperationsManage day-to-day operations including creation and submission of new product listing, promotion or other relevant forms to retailers when requiredLiaise with internal teams (Marketing, Supply chain, Accounts) to support key accounts needsManage, coordinate and evaluate trade promotional activitiesWork with merchandisers to ensure seamless in-store execution and product visibility

    Manage trade partners relationships Develop insights from buyer's feedback and market sentiments to enhance sales performanceBuild, maintain and strengthen relationship with trade partners Conduct periodic business reviews with trade partners of designated accounts Negotiate on pricing, promotions, and trade terms to match our company objectives with their needs, strategies and opportunitiesUnderstand retailers’ operational issues and propose solutions

    Budget & Inventory management Manage Sales & Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets to ensure that promotional expenses are kept within budget Evaluate post-promotion performance to ensure effective use of budgetWork with internal stakeholders to optimise allocation of resources across activitiesMonitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain to manage forecasting and replenishmentMinimise risks of out-of-stock and overstock / slow-moving inventoryTrack sell-through and recommend actions for ageing or excess stock

    Team Management Supervise and mentor the merchandising team and Beauty advisors, to ensure strong in-store execution Ensure compliance with planograms, product listings, and promotional displaysWork closely with merchandisers to improve product visibility, shelf placement and stock availability

    Who we are looking for
    Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holders with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry Relevant experience in negotiation with trade partners and understanding of consumer channelsTenacity in achieving sales targetsStrong analytical skills and ability to identify new opportunities for growthStrong negotiation and communication skills Highly driven and motivated team-player
