What to expect
As our Brand Marketing intern, you will be working on some of Japan’s well-loved brands such as Diane, Lucido-L, myBoostars and Naturelab Tokyo.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the daily operations within the marketing teams run smoothly.

What you will be doing
Social Media & Digital Marketing Management
Manage brands’ social media platforms and monthly content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Lemon8) Assist in liaising and developing digital marketing materials (Website Blog Posts, EDMs, Social Media Ads etc.) with creative agencies Analyse digital marketing trends to improve brands’ performance in digital communications
Trade Marketing Conceptualize and liaise with creative agency to develop visually impactful designs for in store displays and events Provide support for trade marketing needed to enhance store visibility and exposureLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projectsMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to understand more about the haircare landscapes
Campaign Management Assist in marketing campaigns in areas such as developing campaign communications, PR management etc Support in PR/consumer/store events during campaign period(s) to drive engagement and foster strong connections with core fans and consumers
Operational Support Coordinate product seeding based on campaign requirementsSupport the marketing teams in daily administrative tasksPrepare monthly competitor analysis presentations and reports Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
Able to work on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 4 days per week) from June to December 2026Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to communications or marketingPossess a strong passion in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industryPossess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skillsHas prior experience or enjoys producing short-form video content for IG Reels and/or TiktokHas an eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to quickly pick up on emerging trends to leverage for content creationStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasksA motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and can work independently Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Lemon8) is a plusKnowledge and experience in graphics and video creation software, such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
