    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Director, Corporate Strategy to join the group strategy function. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive enterprise-wide strategic planning, portfolio analytics, performance management, and key corporate initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping long-term growth priorities, evaluating investment and business opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business units.

    We are supporting our client, a regional investment platform with a sizeable portfolio, in appointing a senior finance leader. This individual will work closely with the CFO, playing a key role across financial management, investment support, and strategic initiatives, while overseeing both fund and asset-level finance activities with strong emphasis on governance and controls.

    Key Responsibilities Finance Leadership & Oversight
    Lead, mentor and manage the finance team, ensuring strong execution and continuous developmentPartner with cross-functional teams (investment, asset management, operations) to support business objectivesDrive financial planning processes including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term projectionsFund & Portfolio Financial Management
