    Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Group Head of Compliance, managing a team of Compliance Officers across different regional entities and group-level compliance operations to ensure that M-DAQ & its group of companies meet their regulatory and financial services licence obligations. Act as the Compliance Officer for M-DAQ Payment Solutions, a Major Payments Institution Licensed entity, regulated by MAS Design and implement policies, procedures, systems, governance and internal controls to ensure licensing commitments and regulatory conditions are met and followed. About the Role You will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Head, Compliance & Operational Risk and working under our entity M-DAQ Payment Solutions (“MPS”). This role is responsible for leading and strengthening the end-to-end AML/CFT and Fraud risk management framework across the Payments business. Transaction control strategy (AML & fraud) - Oversee design, approval, implementation, and performance of real-time controls. Establish governance and metrics that balance risk mitigation with customer experience. Represent FIU internally & externally - Act as a typology and analytic expert with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, partners and industry forums. Mentor talent - Mentor investigators and analysts; elevate typology expertise and intelligence tradecraft. Job Descriptions: FIU Leadership & Oversight Lead and manage the FIU team covering AML/CFT monitoring, sanctions screening, and fraud investigations. Key Responsibilities Support the Client Solutions team across the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, proposal preparation, onboarding, and client support Conduct market and company research to identify prospects and opportunities across financial institutions, fintechs, asset managers, trading firms, and digital asset players Identify key stakeholders and build/maintain prospect lists and maintain accurate CRM records of sales outreach activity, responses, client interactions and meeting call reports Assist with outreach messages, meeting coordination, briefing notes, and follow-up communications Prepare and support sales materials, pitch decks, proposals, pipeline tracking, and sales reports Coordinate collection of documents for AML/KYC onboarding Work closely with internal teams (eg. client experience, product, operations) to support smooth onboarding and provide ongoing client support Requirements Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior internship or 1–2 years of relevant front-office experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, consulting, sales preferred Strong interest in FX & Payments, fintech, and digital assets/crypto Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive self-starter Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and structured documentation processes/systems Understanding of forex markets and digital asset market structure will be an advantage Why Us?Make a positive impact to the world’s economy by creating a World without Currency Borders™Team Innovation Mindset, People-OrientedChallenging environment, offering great opportunities to learn and growCreative and Innovative WorkplaceWe offer competitive remuneration, including employee stock options and employee benefits

Key Responsibilities IT Admin: Oversee and update assigned support service requests. knowledge of and set up conference rooms systems and webcams. maintain and upgrade conference room pcs, battery levels, software updates...etc. Routine staff and office pc/admin workstation maintenance setup, includes webcam, printers,.etc Asset control and device maintenance. Swift machine (Autoclient) Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems. Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives. Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware. Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution. Ad-Hoc work assigned by Mentor DevOps: You will be assigned small projects depending on your skill level.
