This hands-on role focuses on training, mentoring, and assessing commissioning engineers on live mission‑critical projects, particularly data centers. The role bridges classroom learning and real project delivery, ensuring safe, consistent, and high‑quality commissioning practices.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-the-job commissioning training across live project sites in APACMentor graduate, junior, and transitioning engineers during real commissioning activitiesCoach teams through functional testing, IST, FAT/SAT witnessing, and site safety practicesAct as a technical role model across electrical, mechanical, and control systemsAssess engineer competency, identify gaps, and provide structured feedbackReinforce commissioning standards, templates, and best practicesCapture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of training materialPromote strong safety culture and alignment with client and regulatory requirements

    The Singapore office plays a key role in regional project delivery, working closely with global teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and international clients. As part of ongoing growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from initiation through execution and close-out.
    The RoleThis is a true end-to-end Project Management role with accountability for delivery, commercial performance, quality, HSE, and client satisfaction.
    You will act as the company's primary representative to clients, managing internal and external stakeholders while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
    Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and client expectationsAct as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teamsManage project planning, execution, resource allocation, and manpower schedulingMaintain strong commercial control, including:Budget management and financial performanceAccurate monthly accruals and invoicingContribution margin delivery in line with company targetsCoordinate project personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and productivityProcure subcontractor services in accordance with the authority matrixEnsure robust reporting, communication routines, and documentation with clients and internal stakeholdersActively identify and pursue additional scope or sales opportunities within projects where appropriateEnsure projects comply with QA, HSE, and governing project management proceduresLiaise with Operations Management, HSE leadership, and Client Managers as requiredLead and supervise project teams, including appointed deputies and field leaders

    RequirementsProven Project Management experience within offshore services, asset integrity, inspection, or engineering environmentsStrong understanding of offshore operations and field execution realitiesCommercially minded with solid cost control and margin awarenessExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliersConfident representing the company to global clients and auditorsStructured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to be hands-on and "go the extra mile" to resolve project challenges
