  • Legal Counsel (3PQE+)

    We are working with a Singapore-headquartered organisation in their search for a Legal Counsel to support its evolving legal and governance needs. This is a strategic role offering exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial, procurement, data protection, intellectual property, and corporate governance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the organization’s mission and evolving operational needs.

  • We are working with an international law firm in their search for an Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Singapore. The role offers exposure to a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, asset finance and etc. You will work closely with partners on complex mandates involving international banks, leasing companies, and operators.
    Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on a broad range of financing transactions, including project finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance, and asset finance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation.Support clients on cross-border financing matters and regulatory issues.Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice on financing structures.Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions to deliver seamless client service.Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulators to ensure smooth transaction execution.
    Requirements:Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.Experience in banking & finance practice is a core prerequisite for this position.Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with commercial awareness of global finance markets.Familiarity with cross-border financing and regulatory regimes.Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing work.Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
