  • Head of Venue Operations

    JOB SUMMARY: Live Nation is launching a new, purpose-built mid-size live music venue in Singapore with a capacity of 3,000. Designed to host both international touring acts and local artists, as well as ancillary content such as comedy, community and private hire events. The venue will also feature secondary activation spaces and externally facing public café and bar.
    The Head of Venue Operations will oversee all aspects of day-to-day venue operations, event planning, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution to the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and guest experience. During the mobilisation stage, this role will require the individual to build on Live Nation standards to establish processes, systems, and protocols ahead of opening, and drive continuous improvement through post-event analysis, industry engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
    The Head of Operations is envisioned to have a team of 4 individuals including Event Management, Facilities Management, and Production Management, and therefore required to provide leadership and alignment across all operational functions. In addition, the individual is required to lead teams external contractors and casual staff to deliver Live Nation’s global standards and create memorable experiences for artists, fans, event promoters and all other stakeholders.
    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open year-round and independent of the live event schedule, these spaces form a core part of the venue’s public-facing offer.
    The F&B Manager will lead the pre-opening and ongoing oversight of Live Nation's directly operated food and beverage areas, including concessions, hospitality areas and event-based catering.     Live Nation is launching a new, purpose-built mid-size live music venue in Singapore with a capacity of 3,000. Designed to host both international touring acts and local artists, as well as ancillary content such as comedy, community and private hire events. The venue will also feature secondary activation spaces and externally facing public café and bar.
    The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of live events at the venue, ensuring seamless delivery to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest experience.
    Joining at the mobilisation stage, this role will play a critical role and will be involved in establishing processes, systems, and standards before the venue opens to the public.Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will lead teams of casual staff and contractors and work closely across all departments to ensure event requirements are aligned and fully prepared, delivering memorable experiences for event hirers, patrons, and fans.
    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
