  • Power Electronics Engineer  

    - Singapore

    Our Cloud Infrastructure Platform & Solutions (CIPS) Engineering Team is at the forefront of building advanced power architectures that enable the rapid growth of AI data centers, renewable energy systems, and industrial automation.
    As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to join us - someone who will play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and validating cutting-edge power electronic systems, translating ideas into high-performance, real-world solutions.
    What You’ll Be Driving:· Design and develop advanced power conversion topologies (AC/DC, DC/DC), including: Totem-pole PFC, T-type, Vienna Rectifier, LLC, Buck, Boost, SR, Flyback· Perform circuit design, simulation, and modelling using tools such as LTspice, PSIM, Mathcad· Select, evaluate, and optimise key power components: Si / SiC / GaN MOSFETs, IGBTs, magnetics, capacitors, resistors· Develop and implement digital control algorithms for power converters on embedded platforms· Conduct thermal analysis and EMI/EMC testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards· Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions· Support prototyping, testing, and validation from concept to production· Document designs, validation plans, and test results with clarity and precision
    What We Hope You’ll Bring:· Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics specialization)· 2–5 years of experience in power electronics design and development· Strong foundation in power conversion theory and real-world applications· Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools· Experience with embedded systems and digital control of power converters· Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards (UL, IEC, ISO)· A problem-solver mindset with strong communication skills

  • Mechanical Research Engineer  

    - Singapore

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Cloud Infrastructure Platform and Solutions (CIPS) Research Team. Our CIPS Research team is focused on developing future technology systems to support growth in the rapidly evolving data center sector. The successful candidate will be directly involved in early-stage research projects, working with academic institutions, suppliers, customers, and partners to deliver proof of concept designs.
    Key ResponsibilitiesFundamental Research – Complete literature reviews and studies to explore existing and future data center cooling system technologies.Ideation – Identify problems, future needs or market gaps to establish areas of interest.Project Definition – Produce clear target requirements that the solution must meet.Concept Proposal – Generate multiple potential design concepts and choose the best solution based on the defined requirements and feasibility analysis.Proof of Concept – Create detailed designs, complete simulations and build test setups to demonstrate the technical feasibility of the proposed system.Documentation – Write research reports, design guides, patents and performance reports.

    Key ResponsibilitiesComplete literature reviews and studies to explore existing and future control systems.Identify problems, future needs or market gaps to establish areas of further work.Design, model, and simulate advanced control algorithms for power converters, electric drives, and energy systems.Implement control software on embedded platforms (DSPs, MCUs, or FPGAs).Integrate real time diagnostics, fault detection and control loops with sensors, actuators and communication interfaces in real hardware to demonstrate feasibility.Write research reports, design guides, patents and performance reports.
