Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG) offers career and skills advisory services to the Singapore workforce, working in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG) and People's Association (PA) / Community Development Councils (CDCs). You will support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of advisory services by driving data management and reporting, stakeholder management, content development, partnership engagement, and budget tracking. The role serves as a key link between HQ, SkillsFuture Advisory (SFA) teams deployed at CDCs, and external/internal stakeholders.
Your area of responsibility entails the following:1) Data Management, Reporting and InsightsConsolidate, validate and manage SFA workshop and related operational data submitted by teams across all CDCs and present monthly and quarterly reports for management and stakeholders. Analyse workshop and service data to identify trends, performance patterns, gaps, risks and opportunities.
2) Policy, Programme and Stakeholder CoordinationServe as a coordination point with SSG, WSG and relevant stakeholders on policy updates, programme matters, reporting requirements and briefing needs. Track policy and programme changes that may affect advisory services and operations, reporting, content or delivery. Support internal interpretation and translation of policy/programme updates into clear operational implications for teams on the ground.
3) Content Development and CurationSupport standardisation of core materials while allowing room for localisation where appropriate. Work closely with ground teams to ensure content is relevant, accurate, practical and suited to target audience needs. Identify content gaps and propose improvements to strengthen quality, clarity and effectiveness of materials.Develop, review and update presentation decks, briefing materials, workshop resources and related content materials in collaboration with SFA teams and partners.
4) Budget Tracking and Administrative CoordinationMaintain budget records, expenditure trackers and related documentation, and work with relevant teams to ensure expenditure is properly tracked and aligned to approved purposes Support procurement, claims, quotations or administrative processes where required, in line with organisational procedures.
5) Continuous Improvement and Team SupportReview workflows and identify areas to improve reporting processes, coordination efficiency, content management and operational follow-through. Support cross-team coordination across HQ and CDC teams to ensure smooth implementation and better information sharing. Contribute to special projects, management reviews, presentations and strategic workstreams as assigned.
6) Partnership and Outreach OrientationIdentify, engage and foster new partnership opportunities through outreach to the community organisations, corporates and institutions, which include intermediaries such as professional bodies, trade associations and chambers, unions, enterprises, self-help groups to understand their training needs and cultivate meaningful relationships with the partners.Work across internal and external stakeholders to translate partnership opportunities into actual participation and engagement outcomes.
RequirementsHave up to 6-8 years of relevant work experience in stakeholder engagement, data management and reporting, programme implementation and operationsStrong analytical ability and comfort working with data, with the ability to derive insights and translate them into clear recommendations. Good stakeholder and partnership management instincts, with the ability to build working relationships and drive collaboration.Strong public speaking and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and manage diverse stakeholders from different levelsPrior experience in outreach or community engagement would be an advantageAble to work independently with minimum supervision.
