  • Business Development Intern

    Lifelong Learning Singapore is seeking motivated interns to join our Business Development Team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in event management, partner engagement, marketing, and customer experience enhancement. You will gain valuable exposure to stakeholder collaboration, campaign development, and event operations, while contributing directly to national SkillsFuture initiatives such as the SkillsFuture Festival (SFF).
    ResponsibilitiesPlanning and organising SkillsFuture Festival events for diverse audiences, including enterprises and individuals.Engaging with key partners such as MNCs (Microsoft, DBS, Grab, CapitaLand), Trade Associations and Chambers (SBF, ASME, SCCCI, SNEF), CDCs, and other enterprises.Coordinating events and activities from conceptualisation through planning and implementation, as well as managing post‑event follow‑up including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.Exploring marketing strategies to promote Pay‑per‑use Facilities (PPUF) and enhance space utilisation.Supporting initiatives to improve customer experience for PPUF and campus users.Conducting benchmark research and assisting in developing marketing campaigns and campus advertising.Providing administrative and operational support across partner engagement, vendor coordination, procurement, and presentations.

  • Lifelong Learning SG (LLSG) strives to continues to strengthen its internal IT capabilities to support secure, reliable, and compliant operations. The Manager, IT (Network & Infrastructure) is responsible for the day-to-day ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s network, infrastructure, and end-user computing environment, operating within a vendor-managed service model.
    The role reports to the Head of Digital Services and works closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational stability, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and service optimisation. The role also supports the onboarding of officers onto IT systems and standards and contributes to identifying opportunities for improvement, risk reduction, and infrastructure upgrades as part of ongoing operations.
    Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Infrastructure & EUCD OperationsEnsure availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure services.Act as the primary in-house escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents.Coordinate vendors for incident resolution, change implementation, and ongoing support.Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and asset records.
    Vendor & Service ManagementOperate within a vendor-managed delivery model, retaining in-house ownership and accountability.Manage vendor performance against agreed SLAs and operational requirements.Review and validate vendor technical proposals, designs, and change requests.Coordinate multi-vendor troubleshooting and resolution activities.Ensure vendors comply with organisational IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
    Change, Incident & Problem ManagementOversee infrastructure-related change activities, ensuring proper impact assessment, rollback planning, and documentation.Manage and coordinate response to infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.Support root cause analysis (RCA) and follow-up preventive actions.Escalate risks, recurring issues, or service concerns to the Head of Digital Services where necessary.
    Security, Risk & Compliance SupportSupport implementation and maintenance of technical security controls in line with PDPA requirements & ISO 27001 and organisational security policiesCoordinate remediation of infrastructure- and EUCD-related findings from vulnerability assessments (VAPT) and security reviews.Ensure firewall rules, access controls, logging, and monitoring are properly implemented and reviewed.Support incident containment, investigation, and audit evidence gathering when required.
    Technical Governance & Continuous ImprovementProvide technical input and recommendations for infrastructure standards, configurations, and operational practices.Review infrastructure designs and configurations to ensure alignment with security, resilience, and operational requirements.Identify opportunities for service optimisation, risk reduction, and infrastructure improvements.Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and process improvement to enhance operational maturity.
    Ad-hoc & Special AssignmentsSupport ad-hoc IT or infrastructure-related assignments as directed by the Head of Digital Services.Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving Facilities, Security, or Business Units where infrastructure input is required.Escalate workload, capacity, or risk impacts early to ensure appropriate prioritisation.
    Qualifications and RequirementsBackground and experience in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.1-2 years of relevant experience.Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.Basic understanding of: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCPNetwork and security principlesInterest in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations.Comfortable working with external vendors and service providers.Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Able to work under guidance in a structured environment.

    The role involves managing and analysing data to support the continuous improvement of skills and career advisory services. You will leverage insights from trends, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to continually ensure that Advisory Services maintain standards of excellence.
    Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for data analysis and stakeholder engagement. ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and organising daily, weekly and monthly data.Conduct data analysis and create visualisations to help identify trends and insights.Utilise large language models to analyse and extract insights from unstructured data.Suggest and implement ways to improve the data collection and analysis process, such as automating manual tasks or introducing new tools for efficiency.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and/or external stakeholders.Develop and maintain data documentation and quality control procedures.Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team.
    RequirementsStrong interest in data management and analysis.Comfortable working in Excel for Comfortable working with large datasets, data visualisation tools (PowerBI), and large language models.Diligent, resourceful, and responsible, with good attention to detail.Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.

  • As Communications team lead, you will shape and drive Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG) strategic narrative to position the organisation as a national catalyst for lifelong learning. You will lead the development of integrated marketing and communications strategies and deepen engagement across individuals, enterprises, and partners. This is a leadership role that demands both strategic foresight and operational excellence. You will steward LLSG’s brand, voice and outreach efforts across digital, media, and stakeholder channels, ensuring that LLSG’s programmes, advisory services, and initiatives are not only visible but valued.
    Your primary responsibilities include the following:· Craft and evolve LLSG’s strategic messaging to reinforce its role as a trusted enabler of lifelong learning and skills development in Singapore.· Lead the design and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing and outreach strategies that align with organisational goals and audience needs.· Drive brand visibility and develop messaging frameworks, ensuring consistent narratives across digital, social, EDMs, media, and events.· Drive audience-targeted campaigns (individuals, enterprises, partners) using Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) / Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and paid/organic outreach.· Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve engagement, visibility, and conversions.· Partner with internal teams and external agencies to amplify LLSG’s programmes and ensure effective execution.· Lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring accountability and high-quality delivery across branding, digital, and content.· Monitor emerging trends in communications, digital engagement, and public sentiment to proactively shape LLSG’s outreach strategies and future-proof its brand positioning.· Experiment with new formats (e.g., podcasts, webinars, interactive content, community activations) to deepen engagement and expand reach across diverse audience segments.· Strengthen internal communications to build organisational culture, align teams around strategic priorities, and foster employee advocacy.· Any other responsibilities deemed important to support the overall efforts of LLSG.
