About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for a Senior Construction Project Manager, in the Electrical Engineering field. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and teams. The Senior Construction Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, procure materials, and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Additionally, the role requires preparing project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power Engineering, or related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Proven expertise in Construction Management, Project Planning, and ExecutionStrong leadership, team management, and communication skillsExperience with Procurement, Budgeting, and Resource AllocationProficiency in using project management tools and softwareIn-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocolsProblem-solving skills and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience in similar roles within the industryFamiliarity with advanced project management methodologies
