    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Management. This rolle will play a key role in structuring and visualizing commercial data to support growth and operational excellence.
    • Structure, clean, consolidate and Forecast sell-in and sell-out data from multiple sources (NielsenIQ, retail pharmacies portals, Microsoft AX Dynamics, internal trackers). • Analyze commercial data to measure performance across promotions, assortment, pricing, and overall sales trends. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to visualize insights for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams. • Support business reviews and commercial decision-making by identifying growth opportunities and performance gaps. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, share insights, and educate teams on effective use of data. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate promotion effectiveness and category performance. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • Hands-on experience with Power BI and intermediate SQL for data querying. • Python knowledge is an advantage for automation or forecasting tasks, but not required. • Experience working with FMCG commercial data such as sell-in/sell-out, category, and promotions. • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage data independently (no data engineer support). • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams. • NielsenIQ & retail pharmacies portals. • Microsoft AX Dynamics (sell-in, inventory, customer master). • Power BI & Excel / Google Sheets. • Internal commercial dashboards and trackers.

  • We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Key Account Manager to drive digital commercial performance across key online marketplaces and partner ecosystems. This role will play a critical part in accelerating online growth through close collaboration with marketplace platforms, e-commerce enablers, and internal commercial teams.The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on, execution-focused environment, combining strong commercial acumen with operational ownership across marketplace performance, digital campaigns, and account development.
    Key Responsibilities:Marketplace & Key Account ManagementManage and grow strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).Own commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and performance tracking with marketplace partners.Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility strategies.
    E-Commerce Enabler CollaborationPartner closely with external e-commerce enablers ,supporting platform execution, analytics, and operational delivery.Oversee agency performance across store operations, merchandising, digital content, and campaign execution.Ensure alignment between brand objectives and enabler deliverables.
    Commercial & Performance OwnershipAnalyse marketplace performance metrics including sell-through, conversion, traffic acquisition, and campaign ROI.Develop pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies aligned with FMCG commercial calendars.Manage promotional activations including mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
    Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution across launches and campaigns.Coordinate inventory planning to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations during key promotional periods.
    Operational ExecutionOperate effectively within a lean and fast-paced environment, taking ownership across both strategy and execution.Support product launches, digital content readiness, and marketplace merchandising.
    RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.Minimum 5–8 years of e-commerce or key account management experience, preferably within FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer health sectors.Proven experience managing major e-commerce marketplaces within APAC.Experience working with e-commerce enablers is highly preferred.Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketplace dashboards and performance tools.Comfortable operating within a hands-on, execution-driven environment.Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.

    To support the subsidiary Finance Director and to perform financial accounting duties, be responsible for full set accounts, handling and prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with local law and tax regulation, as well as to follow and implement group’s accounting policy and procedure within the function
