  • Supply Chain Engineer

    Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for technical sourcing, contracting and contract management, supplier relationship management, and program management of technical components, subsystems, and systems that are developed with and/or procured from our supply chain. Perform Supplier Process Audit for manufacturing & quality excellence and cost reduction improvements.Contribute, lead, and manage at all organizational levels, both internally and externally to ensure timely achievement of milestones, effective supplier relationship and contract management, and on-time delivery of high quality material goods and services at the lowest possible costs. Lead, co-ordinate, and manage supplier business reviews. Support, lead, and manage the early involvement of key suppliers in our technology and NPI programs managing the sometimes conflicting technical and business challenges. Support, lead, and manage the achievement of all business objectives, including technology and product requirements, cost reductions, product improvements, and problem resolutions. Require a technical understanding of wafer inspection and metrology products, commodities, and components; as well as an understanding of both our suppliers' and our own business and market trends.Drive and Work with suppliers on Purchase Agreement, NDA and other legal documents. Lead re-sourcing activities to meet Program timelines, cost and quality requirements.Lead SCM PLC and owns the PLC and Program deliverables.
    Job RequirementsPosition requires a minimum of a BS Degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent. Relevant industry experience in engineering or product development, as well as experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement.Position requires solid technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Able to develop and execute sourcing strategies that map to and support overall business strategies.Able to lead complex supplier relationships and negotiations.Able to develop and manage supplier business reviews and scorecards.Able to ensure compliance with company supply chain management best practices, policies, procedures, and external compliance requirements.Able to contribute and drive solutions both internally and externally.Domestic and international travel may be required.

  • Manufacturing Design Engineer (Electronics)

    Job ResponsibilitiesAs manufacturing design engineer, this role reports to MDE manager (EE). He/she will be accountable for all technical and quality issues which are related to PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) and industrial TDI camera.To handle daily production escalation. Provide strong technical support to production team to resolve issues and ensure system meeting shipment schedule as planned.Provide solutions to CSE (customer support engineer) when there is field escalation.Dispose non-conformance products and closely work out with PCBA supplier on the quality and process continuous improvement.Response to failure analysis and provide comprehensive analysis report to field support team or customers. Provide and implement the corrective action to fix the problem in systematic way.Work with material team on the product cost reduction, EOL component replacement, relocation of manufacturing site, and any engineering support needed from them.Writing ECO on any product change and ensure ECO implemented properly.Answerable to supplier quality and OOBQ yield. Audit supplier’s process and quality control if necessary.Support design team on ICT and functional test setup. Understand the product test theory and provide guidance on product repair and troubleshooting. Response to transfer test solutions to PCBA suppliers and train their team up to handle products well.As manufacturing representative to involve the PCA design reviews. Provide inputs to design team to ensure the new design meeting the requirement of DFM, DFT. And provide necessary support to design team on manufacturing documentation and new product release process. Job RequirementsBS or MS. in electronics engineering, and 3 ~ 5 years working experience.Positive think personal and willing to learn new technology.Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenge.Well planning and working stick to the scheduleStrong knowledge on high speed digital circuits, FPGA, ADC & DAC, analog signal conditioning circuits, noise filter, signal integrity, and so on.Strong diagnostic skills and capable of resolving circuit failure on both bench and system levelBasic knowledge on the PCBA process and quality control pointsTeam player with good writing and verbal communication skillsAble to travel up to 20% time during the NPI training and transferring.

  • About the RoleWe are looking for an innovative and driven Industrial Engineer to work on warehouse automation and material flow optimization projects in a semiconductor front-end equipment manufacturing environment. This role will transform our traditional warehouse operations, enhance the flow of materials to the production floor, and collaborate with suppliers to redesign external packaging solutions for better space utilization. A strong focus on ergonomics, safety, and regulatory compliance is essential to ensuring efficient and safe operations. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with cross functional team on warehouse automation initiatives, including evaluation, design, implementation, and ramp-up of solutions such as ASRS, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, and automated tracking systems.Perform risk/ergonomic assessments of warehouse and material-handling activities; propose solutions that reduce physical strain, repetitive motions, and high-risk tasks.Integrate safety considerations into automation and warehouse layout designs to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Conduct data analysis, time studies, process mapping, and simulations to identify improvement opportunities.Analyze and redesign material flow routes from warehouse to production to reduce lead time, improve efficiency, and support JIT or kitting models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new/improved systems and processes.Redesign crates and external packaging to improve warehouse storage density and handling ergonomics.Work with external suppliers to implement improved crates/external packaging to minimize re-packaging in warehouse.·Drive Lean/continuous improvement projects and track performance covering key operational metrics, safety, ergonomics, and efficiencyDevelop SOPs, project documentation, and training materials for new processes/equipment.
    Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.2–5 years’ experience in warehouse automation, material handling engineering, or operations engineering.Knowledge of automation technologies (AGV/AMR, ASRS, WMS/RFID/barcode systems).Experience with ergonomics assessments and implementing safety improvements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
