    Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading multinational Agribusiness group to appoint a Senior Technical Service & NPD Expert for its Specialty Oils & Fats portfolio. This newly created role is designed to strengthen regional technical capability across Asia Pacific and deepen customer engagement within high-performance specialty fats systems. While the position does not currently carry direct reports, it plays a critical leadership role in shaping technical solutions, supporting innovation and partnering closely with commercial and manufacturing teams across the region.
    The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers and internal stakeholders, driving application excellence, formulation optimisation and new product development initiatives within specialty fats.
    Responsibilities
    You will act as the senior technical interface for customers across APAC using specialty fats systems in bakery, confectionery, dairy alternatives, fillings, coatings and related applications. The role involves supporting formulation design and optimisation, including solid fat profile management, crystallisation behaviour, texture control and performance consistency in finished applications.You will lead customer co-development projects from concept through plant trials and commercial scale-up, translating application requirements into technically robust and scalable solutions aligned with manufacturing capability. A key aspect of the role is hands-on troubleshooting of processing challenges involving structured, fractionated or interesterified fat systems, as well as supporting yield optimisation and product consistency across production sites.
    In addition, you will monitor competitive technologies and emerging application trends, contributing insights that shape portfolio development and long-term growth strategy. The role requires frequent engagement with customers through trials, workshops and technical presentations across the region, operating as a credible authority within the specialty fats domain.
    Requirements
    You should hold a Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Lipid Science, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in specialty oils and fats. Strong knowledge of fat system functionality in bakery and confectionery applications is essential, including practical experience in crystallisation control, structured lipid performance and scale-up support.
    The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with commercial awareness and is comfortable working directly with sophisticated multinational customers. Experience operating within complex regional structures and supporting APAC markets will be advantageous. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

This role sits within a business-facing technology function responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of a key FX trading platform. Role
    This position focuses on application support for an FX trading system used by front-office users, including traders and sales. The successful candidate will handle real-time issues such as trade booking failures, pricing discrepancies, and trade lifecycle queries, working directly with business users to resolve incidents. The role involves analysing system logs and database records, constructing SQL queries for investigation, and identifying root causes of issues rather than applying temporary fixes. In addition to incident management, the team supports system configuration, certificate and keystore management, and participates in integration work with external vendors and internal development teams. The environment follows an Agile model where development and support responsibilities may overlap, though the role remains primarily focused on application support rather than infrastructure engineering.     RoleReporting to Operations Manager. The role will manage end-to-end operational execution of physical fuel oil cargoes (HSFO/LSFO/VLSFO) from contract review through to settlement, coordinating closely with traders, counterparties, brokers, inspectors, agents, terminals, and shipping teams. Oversee vessel nominations, cargo scheduling, and loading/discharge operations, monitor laytime and demurrage, and handle full trade documentation (BL, invoices, COQ, LC documents).
