    Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and resourceful Research Associate to join our executive search team. This role sits at the heart of the recruitment lifecycle—focusing on talent identification, candidate engagement, and pipeline conversion.
    Beyond research, you will play a critical role in influencing candidates, managing relationships, and contributing directly to successful placements.     Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, source, and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, market mapping, referrals).Conduct initial screening and in-depth assessments of candidates’ experience, motivations, and suitability.Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future mandates.Partner closely with Consultants/Managers to drive end-to-end search execution and successful placements.Develop market intelligence on talent movements, competitor landscape, and hiring trends.Maintain accurate and structured candidate records within internal systems.Proactively follow up with candidates, manage expectations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Contribute to achieving team KPIs, including candidate conversion and placement success.

    About the Client Our client is a hyper-growth global e-commerce giant. We are seeking high-caliber legal professionals capable of navigating high-stakes international regulatory scrutiny and complex cross-border competition alongside the business.
    The Role We are looking for several compliance specialists to focus on one or more of the following areas: Global Regulatory Strategy & Monitoring, Product Safety & Consumer Protection, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, Algorithmic Accountability, and Antitrust/Competition Law.   • Debt Financing Manager (Investment & Financing Dept.)
    Company OverviewOur client is a rapid-growth data centre platform building next-generation digital infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a Debt Financing Manager to join the Investment & Financing team. This role is critical in securing bank financing to fuel our large-scale infrastructure projects and managing our expanding debt portfolio.
    Key ResponsibilitiesFinancing Execution: Work on end-to-end debt raising process for new and existing data centre projects. This includes managing bank due diligence, preparing financing internal memos, and overseeing the drawdown process.Lender Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Corporate Banking teams at international, regional, and Chinese offshore banks to ensure a consistent pipeline of debt capital.Financial Analysis & Credit Positioning: Translate the company’s project plans into bank-ready credit proposals.
