More than 90% of our associates achieve MDRT through our platform, supported by systems, mentorship, and structured client acquisition strategies.As an intern, you will gain exposure to the business model and systems behind high-performing financial advisory teams.
About the InternshipThe AIA Internship Programme 2026 provides interns with valuable exposure to the financial services industry while developing financial literacy, advisory skills, and leadership capabilities.Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and gain insights into how financial advisors build sustainable advisory businesses.Throughout the programme, interns will be attached to the INZY advisory team.
