Project Logistics Manager
Location: SingaporeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMSalary up to SGD8,000
We are looking for an experienced Project Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end logistics planning and execution for M&E equipment and materials. This role is ideal for candidates with strong construction logistics experience, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex project deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute full-cycle logistics for M&E equipment and materialsCoordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportationDevelop and manage site logistics plans aligned with construction schedulesControl delivery sequencing under space and access constraintsCoordinate closely with M&E contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teamsManage off-site warehousing and just-in-time delivery arrangementsHandle heavy lift and oversized cargo logistics when requiredIdentify, assess, and mitigate logistics risks that may impact project progressEnsure smooth coordination between suppliers, vendors, and site stakeholders
RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logisticsExperience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects is preferredSite-based logistics coordination experience is highly desirableAble to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environmentGood command of English, both written and spoken
