  • About the role:We are currently hiring for a 6-month contract position.
    Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
    Key Responsibilities
    Event Planning & Execution: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-demand events and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Managing logistics, liaising with vendors, and providing on-site support for events and engagements.Attendee Experience Management: Enhancing event participant experience through effective coordination, communication, and troubleshooting during events.Sponsorship & Partnership Support: Supporting sponsorship fulfilment and engagement efforts with tripartite partners and stakeholders.Content & Marketing Support: Assisting in promotional activities and marketing content coordination for MPD initiatives.Administrative & Operational Assistance: Providing general administrative support to the MPD team, ensuring efficient workflow and documentation.
    RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft / Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting for clean, organised datasets)Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
    Good to HaveFamiliarity with event management platforms such as Eventbrite and Luma (e.g. creating event listings, managing RSVPs, tracking attendance)Experience with basic data hygiene practices (removing duplicates, standardising formats, ensuring consistency across records)

    The Workplace Transformation (WPT) team is dedicated to empowering organisations in their journey toward excellence in human capital practices. Through a suite of innovative products such as the Human Capital Diagnostics Tool (HCDT), Job Redesign Centre of Excellence (JRCoE), and Playbooks, the team drives transformative change at enterprise-level by equipping businesses with actionable insights and tailored strategies. With a focus on fostering agility, resilience, and competitiveness, Workplace Transformation serves as a strategic partner to help organisations align their workforce capabilities with evolving industry demands.
    Key ResponsibilitiesHe/she is expected to support the Workplace Transformation team to:
    Support operations for WPT products, including Job Redesign (JR) and the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT), such as handling queries, tracking enterprise progress, and supporting data management.Assist with the implementation and rollout of JR and HCDT activities, including operational support (e.g. marketing coordination, payments) for workshops and clinics.Support reporting activities, including KPI tracking and basic data analysis.Provide secretariat support for key stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and preparation and circulation of presentation materials.Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Digital Transformation Office, and Finance to support programme delivery.
    OthersProvide ad-hoc support to the Head of Workplace Transformation as required.
    RequirementsRelevant experience in Human Resources, Business, Consulting, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Some experience or interest in data analysis and reporting.Working proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables).Exposure to data visualisation tools is an advantage.
    Other RequirementsInterested in contributing to initiatives that support the HR professional community.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.A responsible team player with good communication skills.

    Account Support & Stakeholder CoordinationAccount servicing of key IHLs and Knowledge partners, including coordination of communications, follow-ups, and meeting logisticsDevelop and customise presentation and engagement materials when requiredCoordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth stakeholder interactionsCoordinate and conduct certification briefing and application clinics at partners’ premises
    Certification Conversion & Engagement SupportAssist in the execution of monthly campaigns (in collaboration with Marketing) to support certification uptake, recertification, and upgradesSupport outreach initiatives to the certified community to encourage retention and application submissionsCoordinate and manage logistics for application clinics (physical and virtual), including scheduling, participants’ communication, and on-site supportPrepare and consolidate regular conversion and assignments reports for Reporting Officer (RO) and HODConduct administrative reviews of certification applications, including verification of supporting documents and follow-ups on missing informationRespond to customer enquiries and basic technical issues, liaising with the Digital Technology Operations (DTO) team where required
    Operations & Administrative SupportSupport the operations of IHRP on-site and remote assessments, including coordination and documentationAssist RO and HOD with regular reporting and ad-hoc data preparationProvide administrative and operational support to HOD as requiredUndertake other duties and assignments aligned with the role during the contract period
    RequirementsRelevant experience in operations, programme coordination, customer support, or account support rolesPrior exposure to account servicing or client coordination is an advantageStrong team player with a high level of integrity, dependability, and sense of urgencyAbility to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively with attention to detailGood organisational, written, and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with data and reports to support decision-makingProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
