About the Role
This role is critical to drive presales activities, technical solutioning, support transition to delivery, and ensure continuity and alignment across teams, partners, and clients throughout the lifecycle of each engagement. We are seeking an ambitious, technically well-skilled, and proactive Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an articulate, professional, and results-driven individual capable of leading RFP/tender bid projects, engaging with senior leadership, and collaborating with global teams in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in technology architectures (EA & ERP), strategic advisory, sales and pre-sales, communication, and project leadership.

Required Skills
Experience: Min: 10 yrsEnterprise Solution Architecture & Consulting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and articulate scalable enterprise tools & architectures (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM, or other platforms/solutions), aligning best practices with complex enterprise and government processes across large corporate and public sector clients.Client Advisory & Business Value Focus: Skilled in leading value discovery sessions and translating client pain points into quantifiable business outcomes through AI-enabled transformation strategies tailored to large corporates and Singapore government agencies. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Proven capability to engage and influence C-level executives, business leads, and IT stakeholders by bridging business priorities with technical solutions, particularly within regulated industries and the public sector. Presales Excellence & Deal Shaping: Experienced in end-to-end presales lifecycle including RFP responses, demo design, solution scoping, and positioning solutions in competitive scenarios to win strategic enterprise deals.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and win deals. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets.
Requirements:• Minimum 10-12 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore• Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level• Experience of working with System Integrators and similar companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant etc /banking or financial services sector• Business degree or equivalent.
