Your ImpactAs a Literacy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping each child’s learning journey:Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using a proprietary structured, research-based literacy system Build strong foundational skills in reading, comprehension, and language mastery Track and support each student’s progress through thoughtful assessment and feedback Cultivate meaningful relationships with parents through regular, professional communication Create a classroom culture that is safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating Contribute to centre excellence through participation in academic and outreach initiatives

Who We SeekWe are looking for educators who combine professionalism with a genuine passion for teaching:A strong command of the English language with clear, internationally intelligible pronunciation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A high level of professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability The ability to engage, inspire, and manage young learners effectively
QualificationsDegree in any discipline (Education, English, Linguistics, or Early Childhood preferred), OR Diploma in a relevant field such as Teaching, Early Childhood, or English-related studies
ExperiencePrior teaching experience is advantageous, particularly in early literacy or enrichment settings
Working ScheduleWeekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends)
