  • We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth across our leading Dermatology portfolio.
    What you will be doingReport directly to the Sales Manager and take ownership of sales growth and market penetration within the Dermatology portfolio.Manage key accounts across ethical channels, with a particular focus on private dermatology clinics.Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable business development within the designated territory.Execute marketing and promotional initiatives, including product talks, events, and regular engagement with healthcare professionals.Conduct pre-call planning, post-call reviews, and timely reporting of sales activities to support strategic territory management.

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst who is AI-fluent & Systems fluent and comfortable working hands-on with Microsoft Fabrik, PowerBI, Copilot to automate workflows, reduce manual admin, and improve visibility through data aggregation & management.
    Job Responsibilities Workflow Automation & Copilot Enablement Document all manual reporting and performance analysis opportunities based on existing data. Leverage Agentic AI and copilot to generate dynamic performance analysis and automation of reporting Fabrik Dashboard – Continuity & Enhancement Data migration from SSIS to Fabrik and development of new Supply Chain Management dashboard. Document data sources, processes, KPI definitions and logics. Work hand in hand with contractor to ensure scope is respected, data validation and completion.
    Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, or Analytics‑driven roles. Strong understanding of demand, supply and inventory management principles. Comfortable working with data, dashboards and planning systems. Practical experience using Copilot or similar AI tools to improve productivity and workflows. Strong stakeholder communication and follow‑up discipline.

Its platforms - POM and POMACY (B2B pharma marketplaces) and WellAway (Singapore’s first e‑pharmacy) - connect healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients to enable seamless procurement through digitising traditionally fragmented healthcare supply chains by connecting pharma to medical.
    Role PurposeThe Assistant Manager, Product Marketing & Engagement (HealthTech) owns growth execution across DocMed’s platforms in Singapore and Malaysia, driving measurable user growth, activation, and revenue outcomes through end-to-end marketing initiatives.Reporting to the Product Manager as the team’s marketing SME, this role is the central driver and coordinator of marketing and engagement initiatives, aligning strategy and execution across customer acquisition and operations, and working closely with Commercial and Technology teams to execute campaigns and events.
    Key Responsibilities1. Product Marketing Campaigns ExecutionExecute and scale marketing campaigns targeting both B2B (pharma partners, healthcare institutions) and B2C (healthcare professionals, patients) audiences, including content creation, EDMs, in-platform publicity, and feature adoption pushes. Own and drive product marketing for our platforms with direct accountability for growth in new users, traffic, activation, and engagement, through planned and executed marketing initiatives.Guide content direction across engagement channels and plan campaign calendars aligned to product and commercial objectives, analysing funnel metrics to run experiments and iteratively optimise performance.2. Event Coordination & ExecutionLead the planning of online and offline events (e.g. pharma-sponsored CMEs and medical symposiums) as key growth and engagement drivers, co-managing execution with customer acquisition and operations teams. Source, invite, and coordinate with event speakers ranging from healthcare professionals to partners and subject-matter experts.Lead event execution including topic curation, event emcee, speaker rehearsals, program flow, working with customer acquisition and operations teams on logistics and post-event communications3. User Engagement & Retention MarketingManage O2O engagement ecosystems through online and offline execution channels including platform content, EDMs, social media, in-person events.Partner with customer acquisition and operations teams to translate user behaviour and support insights into targeted engagement and growth initiatives. Monitor engagement metrics and run targeted re‑engagement campaigns to activate dormant users and build loyalty, especially among healthcare professionals.4. User Advocacy for Product DevelopmentTranslate insights and growth data into user personas for product roadmap discussions, working with the Product Manager to influence prioritisation decisions and contribute insights to product strategy discussions.
    Job Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in marketing or growth roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or technology. As an AI-forward organization, we value experience in utilizing A.I. for work. Healthcare professionals (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, allied health etc.) with exposure to marketing or digital projects are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior digital product management or engineering experience is not required.Proven ability to execute effective campaigns, develop content, and deliver events. Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is a strong plus. Strong stakeholder management and execution discipline.
