    Role summaryBusiness Analyst with ServiceNow background partners with stakeholders and platform teams to analyse processes, gather requirements, and design workflows and solutions on ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD etc.). The role ensures that ServiceNow implementations align with business objectives, ITIL practices, and are well‑documented, tested, and adopted by users.
    Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, CSM, HRSD).Map and optimise current processes, design future‑state workflows, and translate them into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.Work with ServiceNow developers/architects to design and configure solutions (forms, fields, business rules, flows, SLAs, reports, dashboards) that follow platform and ITIL best practices.Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, coordinating UAT, and validating that delivered configurations meet requirements.Maintain documentation (process flows, requirement specs, configuration guides) and support change management, training, and user adoption for new or enhanced features.Continuously identify improvement opportunities, analyse platform usage/metrics, and propose enhancements to increase automation and service quality.

    This is a high-volume role focused on delivering consistent output: sourcing, screening, and submitting quality profiles daily while building strong pipelines.     Purpose of the RoleThe Application Engineer performs Level 2 with expertise in Java, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, UNIX/Linux systems, Cloud AWS services, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
