Strategy & GovernanceDevelop and lead the implementation of a group-wide sustainability strategy aligned with corporate priorities and long-term value creation.Define and operationalize a robust sustainability roadmap, including science-based targets, decarbonization strategies, and circular economy initiatives.Establish and enforce internal ESG policies and social responsibility guidelines across subsidiaries.Track and communicate progress through KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.2.     4. ESG Reporting & RatingsLead the development and publication of the Group’s annual Sustainability Report in line with SGX guidelines and GRI standards.Manage ESG ratings and disclosure platforms including Ecovadis, Sustainalytics, SPOTT, and others—driving continual improvement.Develop internal sustainability tools, including responsible procurement guidelines, GHG calculators, and supplier risk assessments.Coordinate data collection across business units and ensure audit-ready documentation for both voluntary and regulatory disclosure.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior sustainability or ESG role, preferably within agribusiness, commodities, or supply chain-intensive industries.Demonstrated success in implementing corporate sustainability strategies and achieving measurable impact.Technical CompetenciesStrong knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks and voluntary standards (e.g. EUDR, TCFD, CDP, RSPO, ISO 26000).Familiarity with sustainability challenges specific to the natural rubber supply chain, including land use, deforestation risk, smallholder engagement, labour rights, and GHG emissions.Proficiency in sustainability data management platforms and lifecycle tools (e.g. LCA, Scope 1–3 calculators, traceability technologies).Solid understanding of ESG-linked financing instruments, sustainability-linked KPIs, and green certifications.Leadership & CommunicationProven team leadership experience with the ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to interface with senior leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders.Excellent written communication and public speaking ability; capable of authoring reports and delivering high-impact presentations.Other RequirementsWillingness to travel internationally, including to remote plantation or processing sites.Multilingual ability (English required; Bahasa Indonesia, French, or Chinese is a plus).Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of execution.   • Manager, Financing  

    - Singapore

    This role will play a key role within the Treasury team, focusing on corporate financing, and banking relationships. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Corporate Financing & Capital StructureSupport the development and execution of the company’s financing strategy, including debt issuance, loan facilities, and refinancing activities.Conduct market research and monitor capital market developments to identify financing opportunities.Prepare financing proposals, term sheets, and coordinate with banks and advisors on deal execution.Monitor debt covenants and ensure compliance with financing agreements.
    2. Liquidity & Cash Flow ManagementWork closely with the cash management team to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.Forecast short-term and long-term financing requirements.
    3. Banking & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain strong working relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.Support negotiations on loan terms, interest rates, and facility structures.
    Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines.At least 3 years' relevant experience in financing, treasury management, foreign exchange management, banking, or related fields; familiarity with corporate lending, refinancing, and related processes will be an advantage.Strong communication skills and solid financial analysis capabilities.Prior experience in a corporate group, listed company, or financial institution will be preferred.Proficient bilingual written and verbal communication skills as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Lead and manage both in-house and outsourced IT teams to ensure consistent and efficient desktop and infrastructure support.Supervise day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless support and service delivery across the organization.Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects aligned with business priorities.Develop and implement long-term IT roadmaps and improvement plans.Manage external IT vendors to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships.Provide technical guidance to subsidiaries and coordinate with their IT teams to align with group-wide IT strategies and standards.Identify, recommend, and implement IT systems and technologies to support business needs and improve operational efficiency.Review reports and lead investigations related to cybersecurity incidents, email gateways, security awareness programs, and outsourced IT functions.Monitor network performance and firewall/security alerts (Level 2) and determine appropriate escalation or mitigation actions.Provide Level 2 support for servers, infrastructure, and Office 365 environment.Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets.Maintain an accurate IT asset register and manage periodic refresh of equipment to catch with technology.Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and value.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Controlling for Sub-segments, oversee the month-end closing process for these areas to ensure that financial results accurately reflect business performance.Analyse financial and operational performance over the group results. Assist in preparing the Profit Centre Reports, provide regular financial updates and reports to the manager.Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, tracking performance trends to guide business decisions.Prepare materials for Board and management reporting in both English and Chinese.Establish financial and non-financial database to facilitate multiple dimension analysis.Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across functions and finance to drive efficiency, automation, and effectiveness.Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by the manager.
