Your areas of focus will be:Client Servicing: Providing day-to-day consultancy and client management through close collaboration to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to track and review all campaign results to ensure client satisfaction.Strategy: Support account lead and teams in conceptualisation, development, and execution of strategic 360-degree communication plans (with measurable objectives)PR: Devise and drive strategy for media pitching, identify and pitch compelling stories and features, provide counsel to spokespersons, manage and resolve crisis when required, and assist in sample management and coordination for fashion brands.Social: Implement strategies that push creative boundaries for social media campaigns, identify suitable content creators/collaborators, plan and lead content production with partners and various teams to deliver effective content across social networks.Content: Development of key messages and ensure consistency and accuracy of content and marketing collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, press kits, website copy, etc.Media Monitoring & Reports: Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyze, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are metEvent Management: Assist and work closely with events team to conceptualise events that best suits client’s brief, development of event flow and on-site manpower requirement.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.
To succeed in the role, you will have:A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or universityAt least 0-4 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Representing a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle and beauty clients, the Account Coordinator internship will give you a first-hand experience of what goes on behind a luxury Public Relations and Events agency. The minimum commitment period is 6 months with the ideal candidate starting in June/July 2026.
On a day to day basis, you will:
Attend, participate, and provide support at client events, meetings, media sessions, and brainstorming sessions as requireAssist in the development, research, and updating of media listsAssist in the production and development of press releases and press kitsAssist in administrative duties including sorting, collating, mailings, and other administrative functions as assignedSample management for fashion brands - Keeping an accurate inventory of clients’ samples, creation/updating of sample trackers, preparation of loan forms, facilitation of delivery to media/influencers, and follow up on sample returnsDevelop collaterals including press releases, press kits, bios, factsheets, social media campaign briefs, website copies, etc.Media/influencer outreach, pitching, and liaison for events/campaignsConduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyse, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are metAssist in office housekeeping and cleanliness
