  • About the JobResponsible for driving business growth in the High Net Worth (HNW) partnership segment, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the High-Net-Worth Department. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence both regionally and in Singapore. The position works closely with the Head of HNW Distribution Partnerships and the executive team to develop and execute strategies aligned with the division’s goals and objectives.

    Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.   • About the JobThis role requires a driven and client-oriented team player to shape and elevate the client experience for an exclusive by-invitation membership. The candidate is responsible for managing a curated ecosystem of strategic partners that support the holistic needs of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients beyond insurance. This role focuses identifying, structuring, and activating partnerships across various domains, ensuring partners are brand-aligned, compliant, and relevant to clients’ needs. The ideal candidate also plans and oversees the execution of events and related partnership activities that align with business objectives and goals through effective marketing. He/ she will ensure the end-to-end delivery of the events for varied audiences and stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities1.     About the JobThis role plays a critical part in supporting Business Development activities within the High Net Worth (HNW) team. The primary focus is to ensure smooth execution of the sales process, coordinate across divisions, and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide operational and process support to the Private Wealth Advisory Team and HNW Distribution Team.
    Contribute to achieving divisional goals and overall business objectives. Prepare and manage all sales operational processes and documentation to support business activities. Review and update SOPs annually to ensure alignment with process changes. Participate in process reviews with internal departments and external distributors/partners, driving resolutions to improve efficiency. Act as the primary liaison between internal and external partners, and coordinate with other divisions (e.g., Group Ops, GRM) to address issues and concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to queries from partners and the advisory team. Provide process support to the Private Wealth Advisory Team and business support for HNW business. Lead or participate in projects undertaken by the section. Prepare reports as requested by Group collaboration partners, including OCBC and BOS. Perform any other related administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

    As Head of GEFA Private Wealth Advisory, you will provide strategic leadership and governance for GEFA’s Private Wealth Advisory (PWA) segment, driving growth, productivity, and client outcomes while maintaining robust MAS‑compliant practices.
