    Purpose:The Executive, Channel Partners supports the Admissions and Sales team in driving student enrolments for the assigned territory (China market), including coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders where required, through effective management of leads, agents, and the admissions process.This role is responsible for executing an efficient, structured, and high-quality admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment, while ensuring strong coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders.The position also serves as a key brand ambassador, representing the school to prospective families by delivering a personalised and professional admissions experience and clearly articulating the school’s value proposition.The role requires strong customer service orientation, administrative excellence, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven, target-oriented environment.
    Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Sales CoordinationQualify incoming leads and follow up with prospective families through calls, messaging, and other communication channelsTrack and manage leads through the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline visibilityCoordinate closely with sales representatives and agents to support conversion of enquiries into enrolmentsProvide timely feedback on lead quality and status to support sales effectiveness2. Admissions Process SupportGuide prospective parents through the full admissions cycle, from enquiry to enrolmentConduct school tours, consultations, and respond to pre- and post-admission queriesAssist families with application submission, document verification, and enrolment procedures3. Channel Partner & Agent CoordinationSupport coordination with agents to ensure alignment with school policies and recruitment guidelinesEnsure compliance in the admissions process for agent-referred studentsAssist in communication between agents and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applicationsSupport onboarding-related coordination for new and existing agents when required4. CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using a CRM platform.Track and report on inquiry trends, conversion rates, and enrollment pipeline stages.Follow up consistently to nurture leads and reduce drop-offs in the admissions funnel.5.   • Position OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a strong background in managing and delivering complex education projects. This role demands a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering excellence, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
    As the Senior Project Manager, you will be a key contributor to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects from concept through completion. You will be expected to challenge delivery norms to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring project goals are met within scope, schedule, and budget. A strong understanding of architectural or civil/structural or MEP disciplines, along with contract and contract administration knowledge, is essential.We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers high-quality results.
    Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of the project strategic roadmap by developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop work breakdown structures and identify key milestones.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Coordinate day-to-day activities of consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants across all disciplines on-site.Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and end users, to build strong working relationships and manage expectations.Provide weekly and as-needed project updates to the Director, including executive-level reports; escalate critical issues as required to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, schedules, budgets, variation registers, and post-project evaluations.Review and monitor cost estimates, track progress claims, verify interim certificates, and coordinate timely issuance of payment responses.Track and manage submissions and approvals from regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.Oversee the implementation of the project’s Safety Management System (SMS); conduct regular site audits and ensure adherence to HSE best practices.Undertake feasibility studies and provide strategic recommendations on development concepts, site constraints, design options, preliminary program, and budgets.Ensure design and construction activities align with educational operational needs and future flexibility of the facility.Lead value engineering and design optimization reviews to improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.Prepare, manage, and oversee the procurement process for consultants, suppliers, and contractors, including drafting tender documents, managing invitations to tender, and conducting bid evaluations.Facilitate prequalification of contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and compliance with client and project requirements.Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with project goals and risk mitigation.Monitor procurement schedules to align with project timelines and budget constraints.Oversee contractor and consultant selection processes, providing recommendations to the Director and ensuring transparent and fair evaluation.Monitor consultant and contractor performance against KPIs and contract deliverables; initiate corrective actions as necessary.Champion quality assurance and control processes to meet design intent, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to deliver coordinated design and construction outcomes.Participate in handover processes, ensuring timely delivery of as-built documentation, operation & maintenance manuals, and training for end-users.
    Competencies should extend beyond - Minimum 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in project management within infrastructure development or construction, with a focus on education projects.Demonstrated success managing at least one full lifecycle school or education-related project.Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Deep familiarity with all project lifecycle phases, from concept through to handover.Experience working with international contract forms such as FIDIC is highly desirable.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
