    Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Associate to support the coordination and execution of GFTN’s flagship Signature Programmes. This role is focused on the seamless delivery of our global initiatives, sitting at the intersection of content coordination, speaker management, and operational support.
    Working under the guidance of the Head of Signature Programmes, the successful candidate will provide end-to-end execution support for our entire suite of programmes, including Investor Hours, The Founders Peak, and the GFTN Select Series. You will play a key role in ensuring our initiatives provide exceptional value to founders, investors, policymakers, and corporate partners by maintaining high standards of coordination and stakeholder engagement.
    Our Flagship Corporate Programmes The Founders Peak: A global platform that celebrates entrepreneurship, connecting exceptional startup founders to share insights, experiences, and foster the next generation of entrepreneurs through mentorship, storytelling, and emotional support.
    Investor Hours: A focused platform connecting founders with investors through curated one-on-one meetings, enabling startups to secure funding, receive feedback, and build relationships with potential backers across GFTN's global network.
    The Capital & Startup Meets Policy Dialogues: A premier programme held across four continents where senior policymakers, major capital providers and global startup founders converge to debate solutions to pressing issues facing capital investment, value creation, startup policy and financial technology regulation.
    GFTN Select Series: A year-round series of private roundtable dialogues connecting senior officials and industry leaders across continents to address key financial and technology challenges.
    New Initiatives: Additional Programmes under development to deepen engagement between technology builders, policymakers, and market participants.
    Key Responsibilities1. Programme Strategy & Content CurationSupport the end-to-end delivery of Signature Programmes (Investor Hours, The Founders Peak, GFTN Select Series) by managing timelines, checklists, and operational workflows.Assist in researching emerging trends in fintech and innovation to provide inputs for discussion guides, session formats, and programme narratives.Coordinate the speaker journey for 'superstar' founders, VCs, and policymakers, including drafting invitations, managing briefing materials, and providing on-site support.Ensure all programme documentation is up-to-date and aligned with GFTN’s quality standards.
    2. Business Development & partner SupportSupport the Customer Success team in maintaining the sales pipeline by preparing sponsorship decks and engagement materials.Assist in the preparation of tailored proposals for potential partners, ensuring all activation plans and success metrics are clearly documented.Coordinate post-event reporting and partner fulfilment tasks to support renewals and long-term relationship building.
    3. GFTN Select Series & Boardroom LogisticsAssist in identifying high-level targets for closed-door roundtables based on strategic objectives and sponsor wish-lists.Manage the logistics for boardroom sessions, including securing discussants, coordinating agendas, and ensuring a premier experience for senior participants.Draft initial versions of concept notes and briefing materials for strategic projects and sponsorship opportunities.
    4. Ecosystem Engagement & ReportingMaintain relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and industry associations to support high-quality referrals into our Programmes.Support the tracking of programme performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics, consolidating data into clear reports for senior leadership.Provide administrative and operational support across the Signature Programmes team as required.
    QualificationsExperience & Education5 years of relevant work experience in programme coordination, event management, or project support.Experience or a strong interest in the startup and venture capital ecosystems is highly desirable.Basic understanding of the financial technology landscape and global innovation trends.Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

    Forum Leadership & GovernanceLead end-to-end ownership of the forum, including managing the P&L, governance, delivery outcomes, and project timeline.     We’re looking for an Art Director to lead brand and event design at GFTN. You’ll be developing key visuals, shaping brand systems, and driving creative projects from idea to delivery. The role is both creative and managerial. You’ll be mentoring designers, reviewing work, and working directly with stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life.
    The creative pace here is quick and the projects are ambitious. We need someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is willing to put in the extra push when deadlines demand it.
    Strong design craft is a must, along with confidence in motion and curiosity about new tools. We’re looking for someone who can apply AI and generative tools to spark ideas and streamline workflows, and who is equally at home creating a festival key visual or guiding a junior through their first project.
