About the RoleOur client is seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Architect (CSA) – Data & Analytics to partner with enterprise customers and unlock tangible business value from their data investments.This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling executive narratives. Working closely onsite with customer leadership, you will bridge the gap between data, technology, and business strategy, driving measurable outcomes across performance, efficiency, and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success & Value RealizationPartner with enterprise clients to align data and analytics initiatives with key business objectivesDevelop and drive customer success plans focused on performance improvement and operational excellenceSupport executive business reviews with clear, insight-driven recommendationsData & Analytics LeadershipAdvise on data strategy, business intelligence, and performance management frameworksDesign and interpret executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecardsApply strong expertise in descriptive and diagnostic analytics, with exposure to predictive approachesData Storytelling & Executive EngagementTranslate complex data into concise, impactful business narrativesPresent insights to senior leadership and regional stakeholdersConnect analytics outcomes to commercial and operational decision-makingStakeholder Management & AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor to executives, business leaders, and technical teamsCollaborate with account teams and partners to align business and technology strategiesFacilitate onsite workshops, strategy sessions, and working engagementsLeadership & Capability BuildingEnhance customer data literacy and promote data-driven decision-makingMentor stakeholders on analytics-led performance managementFoster a culture of continuous improvement and fact-based decision-making
Key Skills & ExperienceData & Analytics ExpertiseStrong background in business and data analysisProven experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metricsFamiliarity with analytics tools and exposure to Python or data science conceptsCommunication & StorytellingExceptional ability to translate data into business insightsStrong executive presentation and stakeholder management skillsProven track record influencing senior decision-makersBusiness & Strategy AcumenSolid understanding of sales, marketing, and operational functionsAbility to align data initiatives with broader business strategyExperience working in complex, multinational enterprise environmentsLeadership & Stakeholder InfluenceExperience in senior customer-facing or advisory rolesStrong relationship-building and consulting mindsetAbility to coach and influence cross-functional teams
Ideal BackgroundExperience in Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Management Consulting, or Enterprise TechnologyEducational background in Engineering, Analytics, or related disciplinesDemonstrated success in driving business outcomes through data and executive engagement
