Independently applies design patterns and best practices in reliability management (resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, alerting). Identifying and resolving complex technical issues in software and infrastructure, continuously optimising for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 1 year of working experience in backend development. Practical experience with software architecture, design patterns, design principles, algorithms, and writing automated tests (unit, integration, and functional). Familiarity with microservices architecture and patterns, aiding in the development of scalable and maintainable systems, is a strong plus. Solid understanding of relational and distributed databases (normal forms, ACID, isolation levels, index anatomy & concepts of distributed databases). Experience with the software development lifecycle and collaboration within cross-functional, international agile teams. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
