What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for Review the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to the Facility function.Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods, processes and operations for both new and existing products.Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources in producing cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions.Play an active role in developing talent and leadership pipeline in the Facility function through initiatives like mentoring, Training needs analysis and other best-known methodsDevelop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for the facilities function, ensuring smooth plant operations.Lead the Facilities department, providing critical support services to the plant.Create a suitable working environment for employees and activities.Oversee methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products related to facilities.Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and resources. Assist product support areas with data gathering and analysis.Contribute to corporate strategic planning and objective setting.Direct facilities activities, plan budgets, and manage costs.Interact with executives, customers, and regulatory agencies.Drive facilities strategies to meet the company and /or customer requirements and promote the company capabilities.Provide technical supplier management for product development and integration.Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.Assist in others ad-hoc duties as necessary.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience and training.Typically requires 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related field. Prefer some knowledge of manufacturing operations.
