    ✨ About the OpportunityWe are looking for an Associate, UI/UX Design to support the design and development of live digital products across Fisher8’s venture ecosystem. This role is suited for someone who thinks beyond visuals, bringing structure to early ideas and translating product requirements into clear, intuitive, and polished interfaces. You will work closely with product, engineering, growth, and leadership teams to shape user experiences that balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment.
    🧠 What You Will DoDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and interface standards to ensure consistency across products.Apply user-centred design thinking to simplify flows, reduce friction, and improve usability.Prepare clear prototypes, design notes, and handoff materials for developers and stakeholders.Work closely with product, engineering, growth, and leadership teams to align design with business and user needs.Support research, competitor reviews, usability testing, and feedback-driven design iteration.Own assigned design workstreams from concept to handoff, ensuring designs are thoughtful, complete, and implementation-ready.
    🧰 What You BringA thoughtful UI/UX designer with 2–5 years of experience designing web or mobile products, supported by a strong portfolio that shows both visual craft and product thinking.Confident in Figma or similar tools, with experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity screens, and developer-ready handoff materials.Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour, interaction design, and information presentation, and you can explain your design decisions clearly to both creative and technical stakeholders.Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.Interest in emerging technology, digital products, gaming, crypto, or venture building is a plus.
