    The Opportunity: Be the Engine for Client GrowthFirst Page Digital is APAC’s highest-rated digital agency, certified as a “GREAT PLACE TO WORK”. We are currently undertaking a major strategic evolution: shifting from a defensive strategy of minimizing client loss to an offensive strategy of "Net Zero Churn".
    We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who is not just satisfied with retaining clients but is obsessed with growing them. This is not a passive "reporting" role. You will be the commercial owner of your portfolio, responsible for achieving a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate of >100%.You will transform our Account Management function from a service centre into a proactive profit centre, acting as a business consultant who connects marketing activities directly to our clients' bottom line.

    Key Responsibilities:1. Commercial Ownership & NRR GrowthOwn the Portfolio P&L: You are responsible for the financial health of your client base. Your primary KPI is achieving 100%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by balancing retention (Gross Revenue Retention) with aggressive expansion revenue.Proactive Expansion: Systematically identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will use data signals (e.g., high traffic/low conversion) to pitch solutions like CRO or unexpected growth in one channel to diversify into others (e.g., SEO to Paid Social).Productised Selling: Leverage our service tiers and add-on modules to reduce sales friction and constantly upgrade client engagements.
    2. Strategic Consultancy & ROI CommunicationC-Level Business Partnership: Move beyond day-to-day execution updates. You must understand your client’s business model, revenue targets, and competitive landscape.High-Value QBRs: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that function as strategic workshops, not just past-performance reports. You will set future goals and align our roadmap with the client’s 12-month business objectives.Translate Metrics to Money: You will stop reporting on "clicks" and start reporting on business impact. You must be able to calculate and articulate ROI, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to CFOs and CEOs.
    3. Client Health & RetentionEarly Warning System: Monitor leading indicators of churn (e.g., declining engagement, change in stakeholders, etc) and intervene proactively before a cancellation request is made.Account Value Vision: Create and maintain a 12-24 month "Value Vision" roadmap for every key account, ensuring the client always sees the next step in our partnership.
    What We Need From You:Experience & Skills3+ Years in Digital Agency or SaaS Customer Success: proven experience managing high-value portfolios. Experience with NRR/Net Retention targets is a massive plus.Consultative Sales DNA: You are comfortable negotiating contracts, discussing budgets, and "asking for the sale" when you know it will help the client succeed.Financial Literacy: You understand how businesses make money. You can calculate margin, ROI, and CAC/LTV ratios and explain them simply.Data-Driven Storytelling: You don't just export PDF reports. You analyze data from GA4, SEMrush, and CRM tools to find the "insight" and the "opportunity" hidden in the numbers.MindsetOffensive, Not Defensive: You don't wait for a client to complain to fix a problem.     OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager, PPC Campaigns to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client relationships and the strategic oversight of paid advertising campaigns across diverse client segments, ranging from Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMB) to large Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, a strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive long-term client success and growth.
    Key Responsibilities1. Client Management & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated roster of clients.Conduct regular client meetings (weekly/monthly) to present performance results, strategic recommendations, and industry insights.Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for campaign optimization, budget expansion, and new channel adoption.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on retention and maximizing client lifetime value.Ensure effective communication between the client and the internal execution/specialist teams.2. Long-Term Strategy & GrowthLead the development of multi-quarter and annual paid media strategies aligned with clients' overarching business objectives.Provide strategic direction and high-level input on bidding strategies, budget allocation, and channel mix, ensuring alignment with client KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS).Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Execution Specialists, SEO, Creative, Analytics) to ensure an integrated, holistic digital marketing approach.Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.Actively participate in business development, including providing input on proposals and strategy for potential new Enterprise clients.3. Reporting & AnalysisOwn all aspects of performance reporting, utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to provide insightful, data-driven analysis.Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.Forecast campaign performance and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
    QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management or Strategic PPC role, managing significant budgets. Deep understanding of core campaign principles, architecture, and reporting within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.Proven experience managing both SMB and Enterprise client accounts, showcasing an understanding of varying client needs and complexities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate results into actionable strategies.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization software.
