    We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Business Intelligence ("BI") & Data Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our enterprise data platform. This role combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SAP CDS Views, MES, Salesforce, and Power BI / Power Automate with pragmatic leadership in data governance, delivery, and team management. The primary focus is on data engineering.
    You will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating IT and OT systems, and delivering trusted, high-performance analytics that drive operational efficiency, production visibility, and business performance.
    Data Engineering Design, build and optimize scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics)Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming dataOptimize data storage, transformation, and query performanceImplement best practices in partitioning, indexing, and cost optimization

    What we are looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics roles; in manufacturing environment preferred.Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics) and Azure cloud platforms.Proven experience with: SAP CDS Views; preferably with MES and Salesforce data integration and reporting experience in manufacturing environments.Advanced SQL and strong data modeling skillsHands-on experience with Power Query, Automate and Power BIStrong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityExperience with Agile delivery practicePrior experience managing vendors or external partners preferred

  • Financial Analyst (Contract)  

    - Singapore

    The Finance Analyst will provide timely, relevant, and accurate information, along with insightful analysis, to support decision-making. The role involves enabling swift data extraction and visualization and enhancing visibility and transparency of key business metrics. The focus is on delivering meaningful insights to support the continued and sustainable profitable growth of the Filtrona business.
    Provide actionable insights, identify focus areas, and run simulations to help site management optimize cost levels in line with forecasted business activity. This includes monthly tracking and action monitoring, working collaboratively with site teams across functions, and creating visibility for the global manufacturing team regarding improvement actions.Facilitate adoption of BI tools, especially Power BI. This includes developing dashboards and Power Query models to improve efficiency in data extraction and visualization.Understand diverse internal and external data sources and their architecture. Be able to integrate various data sources to enable seamless automation of business analysis, resulting in optimized financial workflows and enhanced efficiency.Perform analysis using large, complex datasets and enhance reporting to improve performance tracking against targets and identify trends.Contribute effectively to the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including developing templates to support end-to-end planning and forecasting.Collaborate across business units and stakeholders, especially with group support functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Procurement. Conduct price, mix, and volume analysis to support margin improvement initiatives.Participate in various business projects.

  • Finance Business Partner  

    - Singapore

    The Finance Business Partner, Commercial will be providing timely, relevant and insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and the strategic plan of commercial organization. This role will participates in financial planning activities that yield challenging, but achievable, strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, providing clear understanding of business performance. Produce regular reports on commercial trends and KPIs, keeping stakeholders informed and should be comfortable challenging the status quo.
    Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships across business constituencies and stakeholders. Help the company understand how the pieces fit together to drive performance and strengthen the team’s partnership and influencing skills in pursuit of growth.Lead evaluation of profitability and KPI performance across department, helping to drive commercial excellence in terms of pricing analysis, cost inflation pass through, weekly sales reporting, order book analysis etc. Periodically review sales plan and forecast against actual run rates working with Commercial team to cover the gaps.Review data for trends, changes, and budget variances, as well as supporting analysis, to develop initial commentary for performance review discussions, including Price, Mix and Volume Analysis for Margin Improvements.Drive automation and advance analytics projects, enhancing financial workflows, enhancing efficiencies and giving cost benefits across systems, functions and geographies.Lead commercial budgeting and forecasting planning cycle, highlighting key assumption and growth drivers, engaging with stakeholders to improve depth and efficiency of business planning activity.Survey and report on key financial and risk developments across the company’s competitive landscape.   • The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the UK holding companies, including Frank Acquisition Three, Frank Acquisition Four, Filtrona Group Holdings Limited, and three additional UK-based investment holding entities. The role encompasses a broad range of functions, including accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, company secretarial matters, audit, tax, and treasury. The position also involves coordination on payroll matters and managing the purchase order process.
